LOCATION!!! We visited Kishinev for the first time after 34 years being away. We wanted to see how the city changed and all the places we grew up in. this Hotel is in a perfect location. you can walk anywhere (if you are a walker) or just get a taxi. The staff was super nice and polite and the hotel is very clean and pleasant.

we had two rooms one was with two separate beds which were not comfortable and the other was with one big bed which was pretty comfortable. So I think if there is one thing I would suggest is to invest into quality single mattress

excellent new/fresh interiors, comfortable and cozy place, location is quite but walking distance from the center, the washing machine in the bathroom made me happier. Smiling and helping staff, ..just a story: I was coming to my room from a walk with a bottle of white local wine. I asked a person at the kitchen if I can have the cork opener. He opened my wine and said "Sir, I have exactly the same bottle in my fridge, plz, take my one instead of yours, so you do not need to wait until it cools down in your room's fridge..." Perfect.

I liked totally everything. ..OK, the ramp for suitcases (or wheelchair!) seems to be too steep.

The staff were friendly and helpful, with good English. The whole place was clean, quiet and calm. The breakfast was decent and you can choose to sit inside or outside. The location is ideal, with everything in walking distance.

I liked everything. If I had to be picky, I would urge different window coverings to be considered (the curtains did not slide easily or allow for a completely dark room). And the lift was quite tight so a bigger lift would be nice. But really I liked everything. I will be back again.

The hotel is even more beautiful in real than on the pics. The breakfast is nice. You have everything you need in the hotel. If I go back go Chisinau, I will definitely go back there.

The only thing I would change is the curtain size: as the window is bigger than the curtain, I could not cover everything and the terrace restaurant was just behind my room. Fortunately, there was never anyone there.

We received an upgraded apartment which was very spacious, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The location was very nice - convenient, central and cozy. We got a free parking on the territory of the hotel. It was quiet at night. WiFi signal was good

Generally, everything was good. Since the apartment is very big I would recommend to have a central switch for the light in the bedroom and next to the entrance (to turn off all the light in the apartment) and also USB port to charge phone.

Fantastic location, super clean, and very comfortable room/apartment. Breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant very good. Reception staff is very nice but a bit more training would be even better.

I experienced a few glitches regarding payment and the airport pickup. All cleared pretty well, but it could have been totally avoided if given better information.

We stayed for a week and liked literally everything about Zentrum Hotel. Super attentive, polite & caring staff (not just reception, but restaurant team, security and cleaning team), perfect location that is very central and convenient, delicious food in the restaurant, convenient parking and last but not least an excellent equipment, design and comfort of the apartment. I won’t exaggerate if I say that we fell in love with this place!

really great room, bigger than normal. breakfast was a good selection and a little bit different each morning. central location and we walked to museums, dinner etc. They also managed to have a room available a little bit early for us which was great after we arrived on the train from Bucharest. friendly staff who helped us out with a couple of things.

very clean, staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. breakfast was great, with every day being little different - great variety. very close to center and walking distance to any stores. washer was a perfect addition to the room and we used it quite a few times. loved all the art around the hotel. pictures of the property on booking.com ARE correct.
