Excellent location. Fantastic breakfast. Very warm and caring staff. Thamel is walking distance. There's greenery and a lot of quiet within the premises. Loved our stay

We stayed for four days. We would have liked to have had our room cleaned everyday. It was not a big problem though. More of a suggestion to be better

It is a wonderful spacious property in middle of the congested place. The location is excellent. I feel it was a bit overpriced. The property is very neat and clean and the staffs are wonderful and very friendly.

It was a bit overpriced comparing to the size of the room and considering all facilities. It could be less pricy.

A lovely haven right in the heart of the busy tourist area surrounded by lovely streets to walk, convenience stores, restaurants, and many shops and services. Great rooms, well looked after property and gardens, nice breakfast and restaurant, lovely attentive staff.

Unfortunately the wifi in my room (305) was not that strong or reliable but I’m not sure that was a permanent problem. The connection closer to the reception/restaurant area seemed much better.

Good hotel near Thamel. Rooms were big enough. Garden was a bonus. There were guava and grapefruit trees, and my 6-year-old had a lot of fun picking and eating them. Friendly and smiling staff. They kept our luggage when we left for Nagarkot for three days, which was a great help.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the common areas had a great atmosphere for socializing. Plus, its central location made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

I asked them to send me a driver to pick me up from the airport and it was not free because they didn’t have that service for free. anyway they said they it will cost 1500 nrs and I agreed, the driver was really rude and the first thing when saw us I have been waiting for u for a whole hour without saying a word and walked away. he didn’t even helped me with a luggage. that was the welcome msg that he said it

Breakfast was really good They had soo many choices. The location was amazing soo peaceful and calm environment i will definitely come back again.

The location was great! Rooms look out on to beautiful green gardens. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Extended my stay for an additional 2 nights. Would highly recommend :)

This place is a real oasis in the heart of Kathmandu city. Thamel, the tourist area in Kathmandu if full of crowed and disorganized place but I found this place very peaceful and relaxing, trees and birds are great, you really feel that you are in a resort in the middle of town. The garden is a perfect in this place. Once you arrive here you don't want to go anywhere. Breakfast, staffs, location everything was excellent for me. Thanks to the creator of this place.
