I like the location. It's close to the city center, has good public transportation access, and easily accessible restaurants and supermarkets. I appreciate the hotel's facilities and the numerous common areas that encourage social interaction. I particularly enjoy the park surrounding the hotel and the large glass windows that offer views of the park.

I feel a bit cramped in this room, and I don’t have a proper place to organize my belongings. Amenities such as toiletries were not provided, and bath mats were absent. The need to rent towels added to the overall cost, which was already quite high.

The rooms, particularly the four- and six-bedroom options, felt rather small. The six-bedroom room included a triple-bunk bed with inconvenient stairs, leading to frequent bumps and limited space for hanging clothes. Furthermore, basic amenities such as toiletries were not provided, and bath mats were absent. The need to rent towels added to the overall cost, which was already quite high, possibly due to the New Year's period. While the price was elevated, the level of service felt rather standard.

Loved the atmosphere, what a brilliant concept - elevated hostel with quality decor, services, open plan spaces and lots of people of all ages, all nice and inviting. We were a family with two small kids of which one poorly baby, so really enjoyed the room with big windows to play in and the canteen with handy easy food to share and the auditorium to sit quietly for a cheeky break. Breakfast was excellent, coffee was best I ever had in a buffet!! Location was super, 15mins by tram to center, park and playground behind building, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable throughout and staff were very nice.

Wish breakfast option was included at booking stage so we wouldn't have to pay every morning. Had to pay for towels which is a bit inconvenient. And access cards were acting up sometimes not opening doors. But with everything the staff were super quick and helpful :)

Amazing location - right in the middle of a giant park! Close to public transport The facilities were modern and clean. I felt safe while I was there.

Can you please isolate school groups away from other guests. They were screaming and running up and down corridors at from midnight to 1am in the morning (check the security cameras on level 1 on the 8th of May at that time) - not great if you are a light sleeper. Please supply soap in the shower, I don't understand why a basic thing is not there for free. If you're worried about theft, just install a liquid soap dispenser like you did for the wash basin.

Brilliant location and, as such, quite affordable. Nice and quiet neighborhood, with a public park right behind the front door. Extremely helpful staff.

Rooms are on the small side, for six people to manoeuvre inside, but still, for what you need on a tourist trip (bed and toiletries) it is more than enough. The only real fault was a highly suspicious activity in messaging where they sent me outside links and warnings about cancellation if I failed to comply. However, that did sort itself out and I suspect their profile was just hacked and hence the trouble.

Beautiful building, very cool atmosphere and bar / club rooms (unfortunately didn’t have time to enjoy them - converted auditorium was especially unique), very clean, friendly staff, secure. Food looked very nice, although I didn’t partake. Fair price for capsule (though very uncomfortable) Good location, short walk from centre (around 20 min), with plenty of local parks, attractions, amenities and small businesses / restaurants. Ramen place around the corner opposite an equally good Coffeeshop are well worth visiting. Tram (N14) stops just a couple of minutes away and goes to central (~€2)

Extremely thin mattress on rock hard bed leading to a lot of back pain after each sleep. Very noisy / poorly sound insulated capsule meaning I was surrounded by snoring / creaking every time anyone moved in their sleep. Extremely expensive store (for travel essentials such as toothpaste) and €7 to rent a towel! A towel should be included as standard.

The POD was great in my opinion. It was surprisingly spacious inside and had charging plugs and lights in convenient places. They offer live music and a bar etc. all of which is noisy; however, they have great sound proofing and I couldn’t hear it once I was in the pod. Most people staying in the pods were solo and introverted which made it super quiet space most of the time. Common area, bathroom and toilets were all super clean. There was an incident that occurred and the staff were very professional in handling it which showed their care for guest safety. Staff also very friendly.

We shared the POD toilets with patrons of the bar which was at times unpleasant. Bathrooms require a little bit of maintenance to be more functional. A little shelf would also be useful to pop our own toiletries on. The POD beds were a little bit thin. I am guessing they use foam mattresses.

The room was clean and well equipped. The view from our room was fantastic! Couldn't get enough of it. The area was also really lovely and easy access to public transport. The area felt safe too. The shared spaces were clean and well designed. The breakfast was good. The 24*7 help desk is really helpful. Overall, would recommend this!

The only negative thing was that the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The pillows weren't good quality and even though the room was supposed to have 1 king bed, it actually had 2 single beds put together that caused a dent in the middle and wasn't as comfortable.

Fantastic and very helpful personel, comfortable and clean pods, great facilities. The location in my opinion is on of the best in the city and I stayed in more than 20 properties in Amsterdam. Easy enough access to main parts of the city, nice places to eat and drink coffee.

This has to be drastically improved BREAKFAST BUFFET, the scramble eggs??? Crumbled tasteless yellow mix without any taste, mini sausages made from something and extremely tasteless, cheapest cold meats and cheeses. Please save yourself €8 and walk around around you will find some great breakfast brunch options

It had nice breakfast, was near the tram station, the park right infront was perfect for morning walks and the auditorium was a sweet place to work. I liked the bed and the easy check out, the staff was really helpful as my card just stopped working for the door to the room. And also the toilet and shower behind different lockable doors was genius for the shared bedroom. Being a woman between 5 men never felt awkward. It is really pretty there, definetly recommend!

The windows are closed. Yes, the vantilation is strong enough, but some fresh air wouldn't hurt. And my card just stopped working 3 times. Not a huge deal because it was an easy fix but, well, you know, just a little bit annoying :)
