The property was in a great location. Easy to access the tram to head into the centre. The room was small but cosy and had everything we needed. Very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. I requested some decorations prior to our arrival with it being my partners birthday and they had decorated the room with balloons and banners which was a lovely little touch so thankyou 😊

The only thing I can say is that on our last morning there was no hot water so had to brave a cold one. The lady on reception was brilliant, tried her best to rectify the problem and kept us well informed.

Location is great and the staff are very helpful. Short story , first room we are Inn is upstair second floor or attic.that was warm really warm and bit tighten for 3 persons. So I was talked to the receptionist and was agree that we transfer to room 15, which is bigger and comfortable. Them at reception are very accommodating. Great location to train and restuarant and groceries.

I dont like ,no aircondation.

The location was excellent, just few minutes walk to the nearby tram stops. While we were initially dissatisfied with the room size which looked much smaller than our expectation, the staff was considerate and helpful. She offered to provide us a free upgrade to a 1-room apartment when it was available on the next day. We stayed there for another two nights. The kitchenette was complete for preparing simple meals. Overall speaking, the place was worthwhile to stay. Last but not the least, we must thank Yan for her hospitality and helpfulness.

The layout of the first studio apartment arranged for us was unsatisfactory. After placing our two big baggages, the space to move around was very limited. In contrast,the toilet cum bathroom was unreasonably big. However, we did not want to place any of our baggages there.

With the apartment being so central, we rarely needed to use any kind of transit. Everything was within a 30 minute walk, and with how lovely it was, that wasn't an issue. We were also very close to a grocery and cafe, which was very convenient. When it was time to leave a train stop was just around the corner.

Being on the top floor wasn't my favorite, as it was done by stairwell, so at the end of a day wandering, it was not my favorite thing to come back to.

The professionalism and respectfulness of the staff. Nothing was too much problem and Sazia in particular went over and above what was expected in her role . One person in our group was taken ill with a very bad asthma attack. Sazia informed us of all our choices, she rung the TouristDoc for us and followed up regularly, checking on the sick person in our group. Without her knowledge and help we would have been lost as to the best course of action. She was also helpful in offering to change our gorgeous top floor room (3 flights of stairs) for a room on the bottom floor. We loved the suite so much , bright , clean, spacious and airy so we decided to stay put. Sazia insisted on helping the sick person by carrying her suitcases and bags up to the room , which she didn’t have to do. We loved the location of the property , it is well maintained and well looked after . It’s in a great location and very pretty area too. Sazia made sure we knew where all the local good restaurants (great choices) and best bars were. It’s also very easy to get into the centre by tram, boat or taxi (Bolt the cheapest option). All of group are really looking forward to returning to Amsterdam and the Golden Mansion Aparthotels.

The top floor is up 3 flights of winding steps but after the first up and down you quickly get used to it. It’s definitely worth it for the level of accommodation offered.

The property is close to several tram lines and a subway stop. There are restaurants nearby and we could walk to the museum area and dam square. The building was secure (entry required ringing the bell to be let in by staff) and the street was quiet. We liked having an apartment with a bedroom and living (sofa bed) room/kitchen area for the price of a hotel room. The photos on the web site accurately displayed the room we received. The staff members were very helpful (multilingual) about attractions in the area.

Spacious and clean, the rooms were cleaned and beds made daily with easy access in and out of the hotel aswell. Great location with many public transport routes nearby

The twin bedroom didn’t have a single plug inside it. This caused some inconvenience due to not being able to charge my phone in the room as well as with the heat (not being able to plug in the fan) but the reception were happy to provide extension cables which was a bit better; but plugs in the room would be nice so that the doors can be closed.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. By walking or using public transportation, we reached everywhere within a few minutes. The rooms were modernly furnished. I especially appreciate the willingness of the staff to help us with the noise coming from the neighbors. Unfortunately, they were making a racket above us until 4 in the morning, so we couldn't get any sleep. However, the next day, the hotel allowed us to change rooms, for which we are grateful.

The pillows were a bit too firm and high for us. It would be great to have the option of choosing a lower one, but I understand that everyone has different preferences.

We loved the room and facilities. The bathroom was huge, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The beds were super comfy.

The room was right next to the stairs, so it was sometimes a little noisy. But that is a minor issue. The room was left open by the cleaners. The door was closed but not locked, which was a little concerning. Nothing was taken, thank goodness. The safe was on it's side, so it was quite awkward to get the laptop in and out.

Location was excellent, in the residential area of Fredericksplein with very good connectivity to to museums and Centraal Station, walkable to some very good restuarants. A very peaceful apartment. The kitchenette worked well, had the utensils we needed. Water pressure for the shower was strong and hot water was always available

The wifi was disappointing. Although we were on holiday, we had to check in with work and homework stuff so it was disruptive, we couldn't really do much in the room. The heaters in the rooms were also a bit unpredictable. There are no lifts in the property, we stayed on the ground floor.
