Fantastic location, right in the centre of city, off the main square. Walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see. The room was immaculately clean, and was serviced daily. Incredible sound proofing, protected us form the noise of a pop up fairground in the main square! Beautifully decorated throughout the building.
Access was a nightmare! We were emailed a contactless code, that didn't work. We arrived out of office hours and it was unnerving that the helpline telephone number wouldn't connect, emails bounced back and whatsapp messages were left unread. A call back was received an hour later and the guy I spoke to said they were aware of issues with the software....so why continue to try and use it?? 24 hours after our arrival, an Italian couple were trying to access their room and, with the help of google translate and me making a call to the personal mobile number the guy gave me the day before, we got them into their room. Massive improvement needed here.

I booked a couple of nights here with my mom to spend some time sightseeing and going to Keukenhof. The hotel is in a great location and there are plenty of restaurant nearby. There are only 6 rooms in the building and we had a room on the 3rd floor. Please note that there's no lift and stairs in these type of building are really steep. We were ok as we only had small hand luggage with us, but if you have bigger luggage you might struggle a bit. When we arrived we had some issues with gaining entry to the building on the entrance door, however their customer service were quick to answer and to direct us to the spare keys location. Once in we had a key card that we used to regain entry to the building and we continued to use the app to get into our room without further issues. The rooms are modern and really clean and well equipped with what we needed. Overall we were really happy with our stay and it's definitely good value for money.
We had issues gaining entry to the building but they were quick to respond and help us get in.

Comfortable beds, pretty decor and great location! Temperature in the room was a little cold first, but we were able to adjust it and it was perfect. Everything was clean and it got so quiet outside after the stores closed :D
Stairs, but that is just a part of the Netherlands so I can’t blame the hotel for it. But just a ”warning” if you don’t like steep stairs.

There is no common area in the hotel, but anything you want is within a few blocks. We enjoyed sitting on benches at the river. Many benches in the area. Lots of restaurants. As Americans the menus were not translatable, so hard to choose food. The room was beautiful, well equipped and spacious. Nice coffee bar and refrigerator. Comfortable chair. Picture window in the shower provided a nice light with no neighbors prying eyes. There was a shade for those concerned about their privacy. Large modern bathroom, and shower with rain shower or hand held wand.
The stairs were steep and had very narrow tread, with a few challenging turns. Angled tread, like a circular staircase at the turns. It was a little scary hauling our bags up! Went very slowly. Even bottom floor had to go up stairs. I had to walk sideways. I am 78, but still in good shape.

Breakfast was not included. The alternative of ordering from nearby restaurant was expensive and not practical, so we simply stocked our own breakfast materials. Comfortable beds and good location.
Electronic entrance and room door access was inoperative at times, and it took almost an hour to resolve the issues, as no on site staff. English was a rare commodity on welp screens. As a weekend guest, only the help of another Netherlands guest overcame the language problem after an hour.

Great room! Large bathroom with heated floor. Comfortable beds. Daily cleaning. Wonderful location. Communication was good. 'Keys' (electronic) arrived as stated, on time. Worked fine.
We managed the three flights of steep/narrow"Dutch" stairs to our room on the third floor. We expected this but others should be aware. Also, there is no 'staff'. It is smartphone controlled entry both to 'hotel' and room.

The location was ideal. Just steps away from lots of great shopping, restaurants and bars. Also transit is easy to both central Amsterdam and the airport. The room was modern and clean.
The shower did not drain well which led to water spreading throughout the bathroom. Thankfully we were provided with fresh towels daily which helped mitigate the issue.

We didn't order the breakfast, but in fact we had brunch at Vascobelo restaurant, the same used by Anegang hotel, it was indeed excellent quality and value. Our first experience with "keys in the cloud" but using our phones to open the doors was easy as pie. Just keep your phone well charged!
There was some noise from the street two floors below, during the nights of Friday and Saturday, but this wasn't too disturbing if the window was kept closed - and it's beyond the hotel's control in any case.

We loved that this hotel was in the center of Haarlem. It was close enough to the train station to be able to walk, and close to shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, and having a mini-fridge was a bonus!
Our room was in the top floor, and we knew that when booking, but just wanted to note that the stairs were indeed pretty steep.

The location for tourism was exceptional. Amenities were simple, but all one needed.
The floors under the bed look as though they had not been cleaned in months. Someone else’s old receipts and hair ties mixed with dust.
