A very kindly stuff who helped me by print a ticket for me and told me where I can find a ATM ( Cafe Kapadokya, just 3min walk to there ) . The hotel is just 10min walk from the central station, trams to go to the ahoy arena are 8min by walk away. You can click in your room if you don't want to get disturb and can click when you leave so the Housekeeping can clean the room. Modern and good way in my opinion

The window couldn't be opened or closed really. As the single rooms are all on the side of the main street, you'll hear a lot of noise until 2/3 am in the morning. If you can sleep at any place, for one night it's not a problem for a single person. Pay a deposit which you'll get back at the departure isn't a problem, should just be mentioned here so everybody knows.

Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out. Bed was comfortable and shower was divine! Neighbourhood was relatively quiet and I managed to get a peaceful sleep.

I did miss having a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea or coffee. I also noticed that the shower didn't drain the water fast enough and some water would run into the main bathroom. Also, not enough TV channels for viewing. This is not a big deal since I was mostly out, but when coming back into the room, it would be nice to have a better selection of channels to watch.

The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything. The rooms were modern and nice.

Unfortunately when we went, the elevator was being replaced so that was a bummer. The whole hotel is super modern (you can see everything was newly remodeled) and the staff very friendly however my guess is not every guest is as respectful, so even though everything was new, the sink and toilet were both partially clogged.

Dangerously cold rooms 18-19°, make absolutely sure you wear layers during the night. The AC is broken The windows are very thin, they let in freezing cold air and noise (we basically thought they were open but they're just very thin) Bring earplugs if noise bothers you.

The location is great, the staff is very nice and helpful, they have storage for your luggage in case that you need to check in earlier or check out…just across the hotel is public garage where you can park car. Rooms are nice, comfortable and clean.

I didn’t like that there is no elevator so you have to carry heavy suitcases and luggage on the stairs.

Great little hotel in the centre of Rotterdam. Comfortable rooms with a lovely wet room bathroom. Reccomended for a short trip / business trip.

Breakfast options would have been nice. There was a fair bit of noise from the bars / hotels getting deliveries in the morning

H3 is very well located, on a central street packed with restaurants and drawing a colourful merry young crowd every evening. All must-see locations are at a walkable distance or reachable by public transport, with a tram stop and a metro station nearby. A decent supermarket is next door. The rooms are quite small and minimalistically furnished but comfortable.

The lift in the hotel, while available, is out of order. It must absolutely be fixed! The place is quite noisy until after midnight (it was ok with me as I am an owl but may be a problem for some). Finally, while a notice at the reception reads that the rooms are not cleaned because of the pandemic, they are. So on my first day I left my passport and two banking cards out only to find my room cleaned in the evening. I would have hidden them if I had known someone would be in. I raised the matter with the on-duty receptionist and she assured me I have nothing to worry about.

Location is safe and perfect. Super close to stores, restaurants, public transportation. Large window with sufficient sunlight. The staff were also helpful

Sometimes it can get quite noisy since it's right in the centre, understandably but something you should be aware of. The room and bathroom was well organized but floor wasn't properly cleaned; could see some dirt and hair strands

location very good, supermarkets and tram station very close, too easy to reach by the train station, the staff was 24hours there which helped a lot and they were very polite, super clean and renovated inside so I would definitely recommend it

the bad thing was the wifi which was super slow for laptop (for mobile it was ok) and the air ventilator which worked all night and didn't allow me to sleep that well but still it was not a big issue. Perhaps talking to the reception could have helped to make it stop

The corner room was fantastic with panoramic windows on both elevations
