The room was next to George Street but road noise was not a problem. Cynthia was very helpful during check in and checking out.

The lady at reception was really friendly, kind and nice. And the heatpump was amazing. We will stay there again. Thank you.

The apartment was very cold when we arrived as they left all the windows open for fresh air - luckily the amazing heatpump warms up the apartment really fast. It's very close to the road and on Saturday night it was very noisy with the sudents that was walking up and down the road, but luckily we had a tv in our room and we've put it onto a music channel so it cancelled out the nouce of the students.

Excellent motel - Chris, the owner was extremely helpful and responsive. She also helped us stay in the same room for a third night. We stayed in a room with two double beds and a kitchenette. There was loads of space, the beds were very comfy, and the bathroom had a hot shower with great water pressure. Room was clean, kitchenette was perfect. 10-15 minute walk into town which was fine for us as we like walking. Parking immediately outside our room. Fantastic motel.

Room was spacious and beds were big and comfortable. Great having a nice soft couch and table and kitchenette with everything we needed. Bathroom was spacious too and shower pressure was fantastic! TV was at a good height and able to move around so we could watch in bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Location ideal and close to town. We come to Dunedin a lot so glad to have found a place where we can happily stay that suits all our needs...thank you!

The two person spa was an awesome way to relax especially if you get some bath bombs from Lush. Having a tv in both the living area and bedroom allowed the teenager to have his PlayStation set up to game on while we were able to Netflix and chill as the tvs had Netflix. The staff were great, very lovely and informative. Went out of her way to make our stay comfortable.

The level of cleanliness could improve, especially the taps etc. in the bathroom. Not the greatest Wi-Fi especially for gaming.

Friendly, helpful host/receptionist upon arrival especially with a late check-in time. Loved how you guys have the free help yourself area in reception. Spacious and comfortable for our family of 5, apartment had two tvs which was convenient for us with having children, Beds were comfy which made for a good night sleep for everyone. We will most definitely be booking our Dunedin stays here again and will recommend to other members of my family!

Service wasn’t the best, had no were to hang up room service sign, so hung it on window latch to be visible. Unfortunately the room didn’t get serviced. Mentioned this issue, plus the outside light shined directly into the room making it seem like daylight, early morning (1am onwards) and hard to get to sleep. Got them to remove light bulb in the end since we didn’t control light switch.

Two problems that I would have notified you of if there was staff around when I returned the key. 1. The drain of the hand basin is almost blocked, it drains very slowly. 2. The fan heater in the bathroom is clogged with dust, to an extent that it turns off after a short while due to overheating triggering the safety switch. These safety switches are not designed for this repeated operation. Their function is to warn that the heater is over heating due to air flow restriction.

Everything from the time you walked into reception and received the most exceptional service from the lovely young asian lady she was excellent. Explained everything perfectly and walked us to our room. Exceptional standard. I knew then this was going to be a great stay. Loved the spa bath and the room was very convenient and clean.

Check in was easy, manager showed us to our room. (2 doors to get through so room felt secure) Room was spacious and clean. Has a/c, iron and ironing board. Nice balcony with seating. (we didnt use this as it looks onto the main road so a little over looked for our preference) High speed internet. Comfortable leather sofa and comfortable bed. Guest laundry (chargeable) available after 2pm. Housekeeping only comes when you ask for it which we really liked. Toiletries and tea/coffee were available in reception for guests to take at their convenience.

(not a fault of motel but George St seemed to get loud in the evenings from Thurs - Sat with drunk/loud people outside) not a lot of parking
