We love the location, very close to everything and very cozy and place is clean and tidy enough.

The wifi is crap. The whole time we're staying there, No Wifi at all even if they stated they do. And there's no proper communication from the owners when we have a loud siren going on for there's a fire and we don't even know where. We ran to the Reception area but nobody's around just to get some info for we are not from there, we don't know what's going on. We have to figure it out ourselves.

The place was so tranquil, surrounded by forest. It was hard to believe we were on the main road of this quaint wee town. It was a clean and comfortable motel with nicely refurbished rooms and great service- fresh towels and so forth, daily. The host was lovely and we felt very welcome. Everything you need is within walking distance. We would recommend dinner at the Mussel Pot next door (but make a booking). We also did the 'mailboat cruise', delivering supplies on the weekly 'mail' run to all the jetties that had placed orders in Pelorous Sounds with entertaining commentary on route-We thoroughly enjoyed this too.

Bush setting, quiet, friendly staff, close to the water, excellent restaurants within walking distance. Nice big mugs. A well stocked kitchen. Plenty of bedding. Nice and clean.

I found the mattress too hard and tossed and turned all night but to be fair I get a sore lower back easily. I’m sure most people would be fine. My daughter found her bed fine.

It was a convenient stop for us while biking the Queen Charlotte track and beyond. The rooms were clean and it had a verandah for parking our bikes on. Bathroom was large and had a spa bath.

The bedrooms were a little small and also the lounge area for two couples. The verandah was slippery after a rainfall which made it greasy to walk on.

Spotless, well appointed rooms & kitchen. Off the road, but in the center of town and adjacent to a town trail. A small grocery was across the street when we wanted to cook in. Their sweet tempered dog (quiet and always fenced in away from the rooms) was eager for belly rubs and a game of toss when we approached him.

Lovely quiet location. Quite comfortable facilities with outdoor table.

The bed was satisfactory but the mattress was only rather average. There are pots and pans supplied but no cook top in this room. Some additional microwave cookware would be more useful.

Nice place in a lovely setting back from the main road. Owners very friendly. Unit had been beautifully redecorated. Was nicely presented and clean. Pet friendly a real bonus. This was a return trip for us and we would stay again.

Fully tiled bathroom which remained very damp everywhere. Was even damp when we arrived. Could not dress in there after showering. Maybe some floor towels to use would have been helpful.

Absolutely loved this property, great homely feel, lovely staff awesome location super quiet didn't hear much road noise even when outside awesome setting, wish could have stayed longer

Broken Hair dryer, marks on walls from chair some of the plaster was missing other than that was a lovely stay

Lovely property, great location, really friendly staff, very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here!!

I would recommend earplugs as the walls are thin. But didn’t detract from our stay here. Had a great time!

Location was great, close to town, but very quiet and secluded!

The only thing missing in the room that most other places we stayed at had was a fold out suitcase rack, having to deal with the suitcase on the floor with a bad back isn’t ideal! But couldn’t fault the room otherwise.
