The bed was very comfortable, good shower and heating

TV had white spots all over the screen but could see the picture OK. Outdoor chairs very wobbly and didn't trust them, I think they need replacing.

The girls appreciated the pool and the beach right next door. The Villa's were equipped with everything we needed to cook and have meetings. It also came with a heat pump for air con which helped on hot days. We could connect to the internet and search the net for Sky Sport. Facilities were very clean, the showers and toilets, we had daily service which was nice to come back to clean towels. The Park was close to all Supermarkets, Takeaways and Papamoa Plaza. The whole environment and aesthetic was beautiful.

I was disappointed that the 2 and 6-person Berths lacked air conditioning (despite booking and assuming it would have). With six people in a confined space and the heat in Tauranga, it became very muggy and suffocating. I was informed that the Berths are old and that air conditioning was not included in their original design, which contributes to their lower cost. However, installing small heat pumps could easily resolve this issue. Is there a potential health and safety concern here?

Communication, notices.through text, what a fantastic way to resch out about any changes or even the ice cream truck., and staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to help and make your stay enjoyable, and it was just so busy. They didn't mind helping. easy access to the beach,pool facilities, really amazing.

Our bed was really uncomfortable, two single beds together and a hard lump feel in the middle of the beds. Booking. Com didn't have clear guidelines about the accommodation. Or the correct picture of the room chosen. It was really misleading.. we were disappointed because we didn't get what we thought we were paying for in the picture. We will ring the park going forward, do not trust booking.com

Was greeted by the lovely and accommodating receptionist and didn’t realise the place had been renovated. The pictures on the booking site were old so it was a fancy surprise 🥰 as old Pāpāmoa locals it was so lovely to stay at our favourite beach close to all amenities. Exceptionally clean, functional and it felt like we’re at a resort.

The only downside was the pool not being open which was one of the main reasons we booked, however the communication about this was great and the weather wasn’t the best anyway. Looking forward to booking again when the sun is out to enjoy the pool.

The tv in the lounge just couldn’t work it out. But that wasn’t the end of the world we never watched tv. In the kitchen it lacks a few items for cooking like a fry pan, cheese grater. And maybe in a family room with children ….more child friendly cups….glass is not always the best option with children. And miss the good ole days of a booklet with all the need to know things for in and around the site. As we could not get the code thing to work either.

The apartment was situated right in the middle of the park totally accessible to everything and the view across the whole park was excellent the rooms were perfect sleep like a baby although we had to leave early each morning and didn't get to use much of the parks facilities we will definitely be back. totally recommend to friends and family and most definitely good value for money. staff definitely friendly and very clear with instructions.

Amazing location! 3 hr drive from Auckland. Lovely get away with the family. We had the Premium Pool Villa (2BR). It was perfect for our family. Rooms were very modern and tidy. We had our own set of stairs to walk down for direct access to the pool, massive playground, outdoor activities and outdoor cinema! We also had access to Papamoa Beach, just a few steps away. Such a great spot! Great few days spent at Tasman Holiday Park, Papamoa. The staff were also super friendly. We will be sure to go again.

We stayed in the beach front villa. Beautiful!!! Right on the beach and still very close to the pool. Modern facilities. Ladies at reception were lovely. Pool was so nice! Will be great in the warmer months. Kids went and watched the movie that was on in the kids zone

Spa broke down while I was ready to get in. But they offered a refund. Bad timing I guess. Our room barbecue wasn’t cleaned and they sent someone to clean it but he made a bigger mess around it in the process. Otherwise I didn’t have anything I didn’t like 😊

We had a beautiful family unit with a view of the beach. Modern and attractive decor. Amazing pool facility where the kids swam for hours. It was in a convenient location with a supermarket a small mall close-by for supplies. Coffee pod machine and coffee plunger in the unit and BBQ and BBQ tables available to use. Felt secure and had a lovely vibe. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

The main thing we would have liked was somewhere to hang our swimwear and towels (maybe a drying rack or hooks outside) and a rail/ring for the hand towel in the bathroom. The room was very clean and tidy but the floor and skirting could have used a bit more attention.

I loved the upgraded amenities,let's not talk about the amazing swimming pool and upgraded play park for the kids that was the biggest surprise. Great to see that the property is being re-invested into and expanded too. hope with all the expansions it won't be too over crowded. we returning visitors,already planning another trip

the location of our room. yes we got our ocean view but it was compromises by a public parking lot so I feel like our privacy was compromised a bit as they could look directly into the rooms.
