1. Great location—2 minute walk to Main Street and 2 minutes to tour pickup spot 2. Wonderful helpful staff 3. Great design and appointments of the apartment the bedrooms were nicely separated 4. Decent breakfast.

1. Hated that they use old fashioned keys and will only give you one no matter how many adults In the room. They would not even guarantee that the staff would open the door if the person with the key was out. They actually expect you to Coordinate your plans to allow the single key to work 2. No safe. To make the single key mandate even more ridiculous you cannot even safeguard your valuables if you had to leave the door open. 3. Our Bathroom shower was not sealed at the bottom. The bathroom floods after each shower. We had to pile towels around the bottom of the shower.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but they provided us with a 3 bedroom one which means more space for us. The rooms were clean and the breakfast spread was out of the world good. Didn't expect such a lavish spread from such a small property. The lady at the reception was very helpful. We got packed breakfast like we requested on the last day. 90% of our stay was smooth and hassle-free

We were not informed in advance that the apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and required us to lift our luggage for 3 storeys. This was very difficult for each one of us. We had heavy luggage each weighing about 20Kg and it was a back breaking experience. The hotel side had an elevator, but the hotel side is not connected to the apartment side. They should change this. It is an inconvenience to the guests. Plus, being the top floor, the ceiling of attic was quite low. One of us was tall enough and kept bumping his head every now and then.

This hotel locates very well with short walking distances to the main street of downtown, supermarket, shops and most attractions. The bus stop is also just in front of the hotel and easier to reach everywhere. It was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen and bathroom were all well-equipped and spacious. We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. The breakfast was pretty nice.

The wifi access was insufficient, ometimes was not working.

Was central and close to a bus stop which made it easy to get to the airport and around the city. The breakfast was excellent. The apartment had everything we needed and was warm and comfortable.

The number of stairs made it difficult for us to get our large bags up and down. Otherwise we could cope with the stairs but an older or person with a disability would not to be able to.

Actually, there s a little thing. Your apartment for family is on 3rd floor which is quite difficult for family who has big luggages like ours. It will be much better if you have elevator. However, your staff assistant on helping carrying luggages has already covered this part.

I loved everything! The hotel is perfectly located, just steps away from the meeting points for the northern lights tours and city attractions. The food is absolutely delicious and plentiful! The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcome from the very first moment. Especially Leonardo! Without a doubt, we will return to this hotel!

The apartment is relatively big, the furniture is new, and the bathroom/shower are really good. Breakfast was good too, with different options of coffee and meals.

The curtains did not fully blocked the clarity that comes from outside, as we visited in a period where even at midnight it was still bright, it bothered me a bit. Gym was in reconstruction during the time of our visit.

an incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming staff. I needed a slightly later check out time and they were very helpful and accommodating as well as very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and deoarture. The rooms were comfortable, clean and exceeded expectations and the location was perfect as I could access everything easily and within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

The Aprartment felt very homely. The bed was very comfortable, had everything you needed in the kitchen. had a change of towels every day. The breakfast was fantastic, a large variety and the free waffles in the evening was a nice touch.The staff are very helpful and pleasant.

Excellent location in centre of Tromsø Great facilities in the flat, good heating too which was important for us softies! Staff were lovely and extremely helpful.

It wasn’t a problem for us at all, but others might note the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs (no lift)
