This place went beyond our expectations (compared to similar places in Gulf countries) since it is much better than in the pictures. The small flat was very comfortable and my room was very big

Convenient location just 10-15 minutes away from the center of the Souq, the Mosque and any other thing you want to visit in Nizwa

Spotless Convenient parking (go across from the main Road) . We didn't realise there was no need to go from the back, as it was dark when we arrived.

The reception person didn’t brief us to put the geezer on for hot water!!

Perfect choice in terms: value for money. There is a supermarket and place serving food near by which give you the option for breakfast, etc. If you do not need a swimming pool or other fancy add ons - this is your place in Nizwa.

Little bit far away from centre, but it is Nizwa - taxis are popular or most likely you will arrive with your own car, hence it should not be a problem. When we were there, because of post-Covid situation, breakfast was not available.

Everything was fine, the receptionists were nice and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and equipped. The bed is comfortable, the breakfast is good, and there is a safe parking facility.

Rooms were clean, stocked with sufficient accessories. Fairly big sized rooms.

(1) Probably there could have been atleast a few more channels available in the TV to cater to all age groups and language as well. (2) It is little out of the main city. (3) Surrounding needs more light.
