They're open 24 hours and it's super comfortable. The location is a bit interesting but the food around the area makes it up for it. Super far from the main plaza, possibly 15-30 minute walk.

While I have double citizenship I'm not sure what was the point of being asked for my US Passport. I've traveled with my Peruvian ID everywhere and out of the 3 hotels I've stayed in Cusco. Maybe booking.com told them I was a tourist. The total the website gave me was $110 but when I got there I was charged $120. I was told if I paid by card it was going to be 5% extra but the math doesn't add up. I guess I ended up paying as tourist rather than a local. Thanks booking.com or the staff in the property.

Staff is great and was so helpful. Great customer service, which seems to be lacking in most places here. They were so good with our requests and honestly felt sad to leave. Best sleep we had in Peru and glad we chose this place. Experience wouldn’t be the same if the girls didn’t help us out with the room and wifi. Because of them, it was great.

Unfortunately they have a different exchange rate in the hotel to the real world, so in the end we paid more than it was supposed to be. But like 30 dollars more.

Their hospitality! Impeccable! We wanted a day tour to Machu Picchu the first day and a city tour in Cusco the second day. Every single detail, including door-to-door transfers, private guides, breakfast boxes for very early departure (at 4 a.m. !) for Machu Picchu was taken care of! All the tickets were purchased, printed, awauting us at the reception desk! It was a fulk-fletched wonderful stay in this beautiful boutique hotel with delicious Peruvian coffee!

The room was a bit cold

The staff at the front desk and in the kitchen went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. It is a great location, slightly out of the main touristy area so it was quiet but close to everything!

Wifi connection was not very strong in the room. Because we booked through booking.com, there was some hidden fees when we checked in.

The location was really good, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was a good size.

When we came to pay neither card machine would accept either of my cards. This meant going to an ATM which had a limit on the amount you could withdraw per transaction. I had to make three separate withdrawals to get the amount needed. I was charged per withdrawal so charged three times meaning I paid over £20 in Peruvian bank withdrawal fees!

Ivan is amazing . He will help you way and beyond . The rooms are clean , water are hot ( since I saw a lot people complain about that in Cusco). They will prepare breakfast for you when you leave earlier for your tours . Fresh and clean towels extra blanket in case you get cold during the the night . Amazing location . Me and my dad walk to every restaurant . And every where . Was so good pls book this hotel give a shot you guys won’t regret .

This hotel is so cute. The staff was great, we even requested to stay one more night and they were able to help us. We got there back from the Inca Trail and the Laundry service was of great help. We had a late flight back to Lima, and they provided us options for late check out. They offered us a breakfast box if we had an early tour, but I actually forgot to notice them. Clean room and bathroom. Very close to downtown, lots of pharmacies and convenient stores right on the same street. Coca and muña tea available all time. Nice little Caffè at the hotel.

Well, I think that's a Cusco thing, nothing is sound proof, I could hear every door being opened or closed, people walking on the hallway. Two of my friends were in rooms facing the street and they complained about the noise from the street.

The location was great, it was about 7 minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas and 2 minutes to San pedro market. The breakfast was really good and nutritious, there was good variety of foods. The staff was helpful and super friendly, though we could not always understand each other. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the little courtyard was really beautiful. You could also book your tours with them directly!

Location is perfect, really close to Plaza de Armas, San Pedro Market and Train Station I went to Machu Picchu and left my luggage there, when I came back my luggage was already in my new room waiting for me The second room had a good and warm shower

The shower from my first room was a little bit weak and not warm enough Breakfast started 6:30 which was a little bit late depending on your activity of the day that usually starts pretty soon

Brilliant location, couple of minutes to the big San Pedro market, 10 mins to the main square. Gorgeous spacious rooms and a beautiful courtyard to sit in the sun. Breakfast was standard. The staff were lovely and so accommodating. We were able to leave our big bags without issue when going to Machu Picchu also.
