Clean spacious room. First good hot shower we had in 2 weeks travelling peru. Location is just an actual minute from main plaza, but even during the festival, it was fairly quiet in the room. Has AC although it's a bit fussy to handle.

Breakfast isn't great. Ask for eggs if you want them, they're not in the buffet usually. Blow drier didn't work. Restroom fan made noise like a tractor when turned on.

-Bed and room were comfortable + extra blankets available for the cold nights -Decent bathroom with good+warm shower in the morning -WiFi was not the best/most stable,but worked ok (enough) -Main Plaza, shops and restaurants nearby -I could pay with creditcard without extra charge -Friendly and helpful staff -Could leave my luggage in the hotel after checkout while going to the Islands -Check out at 11:00😃

-Unfortunately no heating and the shower was cold at night while I thought I could have a warm one in this hotel (and Puno’s nights can be very cold)

We are a couple in early 30s and stayed here for one night at the beginning of November. We really loved the place! It is centrally located - literally on the main pedestrian street. Everything in the hotel looks new, stylish and fresh. The breakfast is amazing! The best we've had in Cusco/Puno thus far. It's buffet style and has different types of ham, omlette, cheese, fruits, fresh juices - among other dishes/drinks. Throughout the day you can help yourself at several tables with teas and coca leaves drink - very helpful to cope with altitude sickness and get refreshed after travel. Our room was quiet. The window faced the inner court, so we could sleep even through a major celebration in the square nearby. The shower had hot water with strong water pressure. The bed was comfortable. On each floor there is a lounge with sofas and books. The hotel personell was fiendly and nice. They kept our bags for free thoughout the day while we went for Uros tour.

Wifi in the room was not too strong, so we had to repetedly reconnect to several hotel networks. In the lobby wifi was good and strong.

Everything was very good! Nice and fresh room and all facilities, and the location was great, closed to everything.

Maybe the breakfast could have had longer opening hours and some more fruits and veggies. But overall good!

Hotel is in a very good location, just a few steps to the main square. Good sized room with clean bathroom and hot shower. Comfortable beds. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is simple but sufficient.

The only downside was the nextdoor guest was very loud, playing loud music and kept talking until midnight. Tried to get hotel staff to step in to stop the noise from nextdoor, but nobody was on duty at midnight.

Great location, comfy bed and we were happy to get a free upgrade from a double room to suite on arrival!

Breakfast was quite early. Not to be confused with their sister hotel round the corner, which has a very similar name.

Location was great and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We had a few little hiccups, but staff corrected immediately. Seemed a little worn in places, like our faucet knobs in our shower would fall off. But very minor issues compared to value of hotel and services provided. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The room was quiet and had enough space. Big bathroom, hot water. Very helpful staff. We asked to replace the shower, because it was old and not working very well and they did it immediately! The breakfast was also great!

Very nice hotel. We loved the comfortable beds and hot water in showers! The staff was also very kond and helped us store our luggage while we left for our 2 days tour. Thank you!

staff are friendly, rooms are clean and with hot water, the breakfast area is very comfortable. Plaza de Armes is just 1 min walk away. In Puno, a place without much to attract tourists, this is a really good hotel.

The room is a bit small. Being close to the street, it's quite noisy downstairs.
