We were practically not accommodated in this hotel, but after a month-long trip through South America, we dare to say that if every accommodation took care of guests like us here, it would be a pleasure to travel. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning (6:00 am) and found that it was full and that they had moved us to a nearby hotel (4*) for our reservation, but they offered us breakfast as compensation. It was the best, most varied and tastiest breakfast. They took care of our luggage while we went on trips to the lake and to the tombs, they also coordinated our departure between the hotels after we returned and when we left. The care of one reception staff in particular during our stay was above standard and thanks to her we had excellent experiences in all of Puno. Thank you.

We cannot assess negative experiences, but if we had to decide again, no extra star will guarantee you the kindness and willingness of the staff to make your stay excellent.

The hotel is in an amazing location, only a few metres from the main square, surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast is served on the rooftop and is very rich with both sweet and savory options. Also, we appreciated that the breakfast was served already from 6 am. They also offer coca tea and coffee in the lobby which is nice. The room is super cozy with huge, comfortable beds and the bath in the bathroom was so appreciated after the chilled night out.

The only thing I would point out is that it was a bit noisy from both outside and inside. Apart from that, it was an amazing stay and I cannot recommend it more!

The location is excellent, near all major points of interest in Puno. The hotel itself is also a wonderful facility with a lovely spiral staircase in the center, though there is an elevator too for carrying luggage to and from your room. The breakfast is very good and a microwave is available if you want to hear your food more for safety. The fresh fruit looked delicious though we sadly could not partake of it. There is hot water and coca leaves/tea bags available both at breakfast and round the clock in the lobby, which is also a comfy place to hang out. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and spoke English. We also liked that all the lights in the hallway were motion activated. The shower was very good with plenty of hot water available.

The room itself was fine though a little stuffy and smelled a little funny. There was only a space heater available, no AC.

Clean, spacious, well maintained room. Super friendly and hospitable staff at reception, especially Lupe who checked us in! Hotel is very close to main square and shops, so great location too. Good breakfast served on the top floor! Upon request, the hotel arranged to pick us up from Puno bus station too and the driver was extremely kind, friendly and patient with our bus delay and even helped us with bags. Arranged for same driver to also drop us off at Juliaca airport too, seamless and stress-free experience! Highly recommend.

Shower in the tub had erratic flow and temperature control. Cold water barely flowed with tap fully open, so had to moderate and make do with the hot water tap alone! Cupboard door fittings were broken and slightly loose, so had to handle with a bit of care.

Walking distance (20 min) from Lake Titicaca. Lots of foreigners were staying there at the same time as us. There is a heater in the room. There is also a safe in the room. The bathroom has a bathtub which was really nice because of how cold it was. They also give free coca tea and hot water. They also packed our breakfast for us because we had to catch a bus to the airport early morning.

Breakfast was blend, not their strong point.

Really good location by the plaza in central Puno. Plenty of restaurants etc. The breakfast was so nice and really good value. The beds are so comfy too. The staff were so kind and accommodating, especially on our last night. We told a member of staff at reception (wish I got his name!😢) that we were going to be up too early in the morning for breakfast, and he made us such a lovely packed lunch at short notice. Such a kind man and really went above and beyond for us. Was a lovely stay.

Located less than 100m from the main Plaza, close to the street with all the restaurants and shops. Nice buffet breakfast with enough options. Rooms as expected, clean and comfortable, well equiped bathrooms. Very professional communication from the reception staff. There is even a water refill option at the reception desk.

Nothing major. This hotel really stands out form the Peru average.

Its quite nice hotel, comfortable beds and has a bath and hot water - which was welcome after a trip to Taquille island in the cold/rain. Nice breakfast options (though finishes at 9am). Free water in the lobby.

Shame I got charged a little extra on the way out, because it was forgotten at check in. Not really anyone's fault, but didn't leave on the best note.

Very conveniently located to the main square, restaurants and bars and a straight walk down to the lake and marina area. A little dated but really well priced and the heater in the room was awesome too as it was super cold during our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful in holding our luggage for no extra charge while we went on our tour and allowing us to wait in the lobby in the evening as we had a late bus departure. They even printed off some documents for us without any hassle. We were interrupted at the beginning of breakfast by our tour guide arriving 20mins earlier than we were told so didn't really get to enjoy that, but from what we saw it was a good spread!

The room was clean and light, great water pressure and nice bath tub, comfortable bed and a small fridge available. We want to highlight the extremely helpful staff and the great service we received. They even called us when they realized we had not had breakfast yet to remind us. We also had altitude sickness and they were available 24/7, with coca tea, calling a doctor at 1:30am and a taxi before 6am.
