We loved every single thing about our stay! Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities, a beautiful setting, room well equipped and clean, good choice of food at the restaurants. We loved the free Yoga classes and use of kayaks. The BEST thing by far about this resort is the marine sanctuary! The best snorkeling we have ever done and it is literally off the beach!

We loved everything!!! Just be aware that you are not allowed in the sea to snorkel for 3 days a month following a new moon as the fish are spawning (excellent idea!). The dates are on the Coco Grove website.

Amazing location!!!! A tropical paradise.

#1 The internet was horrible the whole time I was there. #2 they don't allow the use of Drones. I bought a 1200.00 dollar drone so I could record the beaches but I was never able to do so. This should be part of the property information posted before the public makes reservations so they can make an informed decision to stay there or not.

The location is stunning with it's own private beach and what a view. Staff are amazing and really helpful with everything. There are 3/4 dogs who wonder around the beach who will ignore you if you ignore them or come and say hello and they are also gorgeous. We booked a cheap moped from the hotel to ride around the island and messaged them for a free transfer which worked really well. Rooms are really nice and we got a private balcony, the room was quiet as anything. Air con worked really wello which is useful in 30 degree heat. We booked a massage which was good and good value also. A couple of nice bars along the beach for evening cocktails. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay!

Coco grove was outstanding- we now understand why everyone stays there! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best place we’ve visited in the Philippines. Nothing was a hassle, from scooter hire, port transfers and the option to book boat tickets directly with them. The food was incredible and catered well to our gluten free diet. Shout out to Jake and all the Ates for impeccable service at the beach front restaurant and to the staff that waved us farewell- it was so cute, we almost cried. 100/10 recommend- See you next year!

The only suggestion we have would be to implement refillable body wash and shampoo in the showers. We understand the mini bottles are a nice touch but the amount of plastic used for them is unnecessary.

We absolutely loved Coco Grove and would recommend to anyone. The staff were INCREDIBLE, so so kind and helpful. The setting is beautiful and facilities are amazing. One thing I hadn't seen mentioned in many online reviews was the food and overall dinner setup at Coco Grove. The food was 10/10 for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with beautiful scenery and brilliant entertainment each night with dinner. The drinks were spectacular and the fresh fruit and fish served in the restaurants and bar were such a treat. We are planning to return in the future to Coco Grove, it is the best place we have stayed.

The only issue we had was that the gym was outdoors so it was difficult to workout in such heat, but myself and my partner were the only people ever using it and I think the other leisure facilities at Coco Grove are so amazing that you don't really need the gym. You could also just go super early before it gets too hot.

This resort was excellent. The setting is beautiful, and the staff are all welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are a good size, very comfortable and ours had beautiful views of bougainvillea trees and the sea from the balcony. Due to the trees, it feels very private. Refill water stations all over the hotel and filtered water bottles in the room, so just bring a reusable bottle. There is an excellent coral reef just off the hotel's beach (Tubod Marine Sanctuary). The food is excellent. The breakfast is a set menu with Filipino, Continental, American and "light" choices. Dinner at Salamandas was delicious. We even had one candlelit dinner on the beach, which was beautiful. It was refreshing for once to see a pool with a proper "deep end" of 8-10 feet, and you can swim up to the bar here for some great cocktails or shakes. The resort offers tours, tuktuk/scooter/bicycle hire and also complementary transfers to or from Siquijor Pier (there is a small charge for Larena Pier, which is further away). You can truly switch off and relax at Coco Grove - wish we could have stayed longer.

A small point - but there is a lot of debris from the trees all over the beach, which then washes into the sea, meaning you have to wade through a bit of that to get to the reef - would be good if more of this could be swept away during the day.

Breakfast is ordered a la carte with many options available. The food is all very good and well prepared. Best part of the resort is the staff! So welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Momay, Mars, Mark, Nooni, Joyce and Sheen. Also the live music performers are excellent. Be sure to attend the BBQ night (Thur & Mon) and the Saturday Buffet & Spectacular show! The show truly was spectacular!!! Snorkeling the Tubod Marine sanctuary right out front is a delight. The Temple Spa is a must-visit to enjoy a relaxing massage.

Too many noisy children at the bar pool. Many were unsupervised by their parents (relying on water wings and life jackets). It's a beautiful pool with a swim up bar. Very odd to see a 3 year old bellied up to the bar. As the sign states, the pool is deep and is not suitable for children under 12 years old. There is a large, slightly shallower pool off the main lobby which children under 12 likely should use.

We liked that it was a big resort with plenty of pools, the snorkelling is really good and we even saw a turtle. Comfortable beds so we slept so well and reception staff were lovely. Also the show on a Saturday night is really worth going to.

Staff in the restaurants were a little bit slow and useless, for example we really wanted pizza for lunch which they said only vegetarian pizza is available so we said we’ll have a margarita pizza then, but apparently that wasn’t vegetarian pizza. Also breakfast took too long one day with very long waits. As well sunbeds by the beach need replacing as the rattan is falling apart and metal on the backs was bent making it uncomfortable.

The property is vast and beautiful. Indeed a paradise. The best part is the Tubod Sanctuary which is situated in the beachfront of the property. You can snorkel everyday. You couldn’t ask for more. We had a great night as we were entertained by the Spectacular Show which was held at the resort theatre. The staff are polite, attentive and always asked how we were for the whole stay. Our tickets with our seat number were already processed when we arrived at the port upon check out. That was really fantastic. They go above and beyond for their service. Definitely coming back and I highly recommend this resort.

The shower drainage was clogged. Above all the room is good.

It is a very nice place. Big resort. Beautiful gardens and swimming pools. A lot of smiling and helpful staff to help everyone.

One night of my stay there was a BBQ night, and me as vegetarian had no option for dinner. When I asked for a salad, they made for me something like a taco filling, plated like a salad, and I had no other option. The music was very loud, I could hear it from my cottage, it was not much of a bother, but it was something little that I didn’t like.
