The hotel was absolutely wonderful and made our whole trip to Gdansk magical! It's slapbang in the middle of the historical centre in a gorgeous building. We were able to stay in a family room which is always nice for us with our 3 children. The room was super clean, comfortable and cosy with excellent aircon and mostly soundproof windows. We already knew that the street might be noisy, the hotel equips guests with earplugs but, thanks to the aircon, we didn't need to use the earplugs as we could keep our windows shut and enjoy a perfectly good night's sleep. There was also a fridge and tea/coffee-making facilities in the room which was wonderful. Breakfast was one of the best we've ever had (and we've eaten many hotel breakfasts all over the world), high quality and a wide range, mainly cold items but hot scrambled eggs and bacon. The staff were all friendly, polite and professional. This hotel really made the holiday perfect for us and we hope to return again soon one day!

The location is absolutely excellent! It is very near The Golden Gate right inside the beautiful pedestrianised old historic centre. Neptune's Fountain and The Town Hall are within walking distance. An abundance of restaurants and cafes are right on your doorstep.

It's really noisy at night but that wasn't a problem for us. There's a constant lively buzz of people out and about laughing and talking. It's nice really but if you want dead silence at night just close the thick double glazing windows. We loved the windows open and the cool fresh air coming in. There's also air conditioning in the room. We wanted to be in the heart of the Old Town. For us the location was fabulous and wonderful.

Great location, just a very short (5 min?) walk to the nearest tram stop, with quick access to Gdansk main train station. I was met by friendly staff and had a very easy check in and check out experience. The property is right on the colorful and picturesque Dluga street, but it's not too loud, surprisingly. I did request a room on a high floor to minimize street noise anyway. I can't comment on the restaurant as I didn't eat there during my stay, but it's a nice option to have. Two bottles of water were included in the room, though it would have been nice to have a kettle for tea (or a coffee maker). Netflix is accessible on the TV, which is a huge plus! Has a lift/elevator, which is super helpful for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. I'd stay here again!

The mini fridge was quite loud and I had to unplug it. As stated previously, it would have been nice to have a kettle or coffee maker. Bed was pretty hard, though some people do prefer that.

Excellent hotel just in front of the Golden Gate - in the center of the historical part of Gdansk, very close to all attractions, historical landmarks, and restaurants. The room was sparkling clean, spacious and light. The bed was very comfortable - we rested well after a long journey. We were afraid that it would be noisy, as some reviews say, but surprisingly all the activity on the street stopped at 11 pm and we were able to sleep peacefully with the window open. (True, we were there on Monday; maybe they party until late on Saturday... But if the window is closed, then the noise from the street does not penetrate even during the day). We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Gdansk.

The location of the hotel is excellent right on the Main Street close to all the major sights. Our room was classed as a deluxe double and was certainly big enough for two people. We had a room on the first floor on the Main Street so we were prepared for some noise during the evenings. Defiantly helped with the windows closed! Great atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. We would recommend the hotel to others and would definitely consider staying here if we visit Gdansk again.

Just the noise, well into the early hours some nights . But to be fair people obviously out enjoying themselves and nothing the hotel can do about it. The hotel does provide ear buds but not really necessary if the windows are closed.

Excellent location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Good restaurant with vast breakfast spread able to accommodate my dietary needs. Cosy and clean rooms. Band performance on the weekend in the restaurant but i am not sure if it's a regular thing.

My tv controller didn't work but it was remedied in no time. Check on regular basis that equipment in the rooms is functioning properly. It was a bit noisy from the street which could be expected and i don't think hotel staff can do much about it apart of leaving earplugs on the pillow:)

Location was excellent and staff were helpful organising taxis etc. Breakfast was okay but not great for non meat eaters and definitely not good for vegans. Rooms were quite plain and lighting could have been better but were clean and comfortable. No English TV channels but you can log into Netflix. Overall I would recommend this place.

Fantastic location, beautiful outside building, lovely and clean modern interior. They let us leave our bags while we explored the city before our room was ready and after we checked out which was very nice. Beds were comfy, shower was great, the view from the room was just what I wanted. I’m sure the breakfast is great but we chose to go out and I would recommend that as there are so many amazing cafes in Gdańsk it’s a shame not to try them! We stayed two nights and I would definitely stay again, perfect for a 1 night stayover but also for a longer holiday.

Nothing bad to say, perfect stay!

The staff is great! Always helpful and greets you with a smile and friendly attitude! Also the location is fab: right at the gate for Dluga i.e. main street in Old Town. There are restaurants and shops all around, Forum shopping center is just across the road, next to the closest tram stop. So, easy access with tram, busses and taxi (just next to the gate).

Due to holiday season and Christmas parties, there was quite a lot of noise and music coming from the inner courtyard until around midnight. The room decoration is super simple so no wow factors to be expected but all the basic stuff is available from hairdryer to shower gel. The room was very clean at arrival but during our stay, despite us asking the reception, the cleaning was minimal and superficial.

wonderful location! Cosy, clean premises. Staff very helpful, friendly, nice and cheerful from girls at reception to cleaning ladies. Asked for some improvements and had been provided very quickly and efficiently.

There were announced Ironing facilities, Tea/Coffee maker, Iron, but for tea/ coffe there has been an electric kettle and no ironing facilities in the room (though you could be provided ones if ask at reception). Fridge was very loud, had to unplug it :)
