Excellent location, extra bed linen/towels, warm floor (but only in the kitchen area somewhy)

Stuff was not very welcoming, double bed was awful since it was made from 2 single beds not attached to each other so there was always a hole in the middle between two beds.

Location, location, location! Location is amazing! Hotel is in historical downtown and just few steps from the Old town square with Cathedral, Neptune fountain, Royal palace, and river boardwalk. Hotel is modern, nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. There is full kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meal. But we didn't have a chance to use it because there are a lot off local restaurants with wonderful foods nearby. They serve breakfast at the Mexican restaurant next door. The best part is that you can get your breakfast till 1 PM! So, it's almost brunch :) and you can enjoy your meal in peace and quiet. We loved it. Our room had 2 bedrooms and living room. It was tidy and comfortable. You feel like at home. I recommend this hotel. Especially for families, this hotel is a great deal.

Nothing to complain about.

The property is in the old town and it was very confortable to access some popular and famous places. The room was clean and comfortable. The apartment staff has friendly and the guide for parking a car and enter to the apartment was very helpful. A view of old town from the window was beautiful and we could hear the beautiful church bells! Dziękuję bardzo!

The dishwasher has worked well, but tt would be better the dishwasher will be cleaned with dishwasher salt and rinse aid (for glass) and clean the filter, thank you! It might be comfortable if the maisonette has more chairs (there were 4 chairs but we were 5).

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the necessary dishes. The location was simply perfect—right in the heart of the old town. A big advantage was the parking spot right next to the building, and it was possible to see the car through the window. The window offered a view of the Town Hall tower, and there was a small grocery store just a few steps away. This place truly lets you experience the spirit of the old town. We would definitely love to come back!

The kettle needs to be descaled.

Breakfast was at a restaurant 100m away, which was unusual but fine, and the food was nice. The location was amazing, and the parking lot small but easy to access. The main door and rooms were accessed with keycodes rather than keys, which I loved but my elderly parents didn't. The view from our room was incredible, and the space was recently renovated and very comfortable. The elevator comfortably fit 3 people and luggage, and moved quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again!

Because we had windows open - the occasional noise! Two nearby churches had ringing bells, and a tree outside the window was filled with loud birds. And one night, a nearby bar had karaoke (very good singers, but it was loud!). When you stay in the center of the city, noise is a risk :) When we closed our windows the sounds nearly disappeared and it was fine.

Apartment was excellent and within walking distance from the old town and so centrally located. Breakfast was included and was in the ‘Lookier’ restaurant a short walk from the apartment. A choice of 7 different healthy breakfasts each day which were superb and staff were so pleasant. Polish people were very friendly overall and the town was kept so well and rubbish free. The apartment was spacious and secure.

We liked everything.

Staff was nice, room smelled nice and was clean as well as the hallways. Easy access to the room. nice location Nice little kitchen Bathroom was very nice, it had a washing machine, nice shower and a big mirror.

You have to pay 200zl deposit, and you can only pay with card. I wanted to pay with cash so i could recive that money back as soon as I left but paying in cash is not accepted so I had to wait a week to get the money back. The beds are just two small beds put together. The tv wasnt the best And I feel like its not worth the price, its nice but too expensive for what you get

I recently stayed at a charming, well-appointed boutique apartment hotel in the heart of the old town. This cozy hotel is perfect for those who don't mind the lively city noise that continues until the early hours. On one hand, the daytime buzz immerses you in the vibrant city life just around the corner. On the other hand, the noise is quite noticeable at night, especially during the summer when open windows are a must for comfort. One of the major conveniences of this hotel is the parking facility, which eliminates the hassle of finding a place to leave your car. However, despite being an apartment hotel, we found the service lacking. We were unclear about the room cleaning schedule and the policy on coffee and dishwasher capsules. After just one night, we had to purchase these items from the reception, even though we were staying for three nights. Overall, the hotel was clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located, but improvements in service would make the experience much better.

The location was excellent, really central, worth the money spent on the appartment, the staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating. The room was nice and sufficiently spacious, there was a microwave, fridge, a small coffee machine, there was also washing machine and dishwasher.

I thought the floor was not cleaned well enough upon our arrival. The hairdryer had only one speed and wasn't working well but I think it was not signalled before to the staff so they probably didn't know it wasn't working correctly. The shower was spacious but lacking place to put things and there were no cloth or a towel to put on the bathroom floor and the shower was leaking, not very practical.

Central location across from St Mary’s Church Large apartment with fabulous views. Washing machine. Complimentary water upon arrival. Had coffee pods, tea bags, washing up liquid, shampoo, shower gel, dishing washing tablets and washing tablets included. Plenty of towels. Staff in reception very friendly and helpful. Heating was very good.

Lifts not working for 2 days. Beds are two singles pushed together. Mattress toppers also single not double. Meant an uncomfortable nights sleep. No large brush to sweep the floor yourself. Had to ask cleaners to come in and vacuum. Would prefer the option to sweep myself as it’s mainly wooden floors which get dirty easy.
