This hotel was an 11. Fantastic location--easy walk to old town, with a great view of the city, but because it was outside the old town, we could get a taxi right to the front door instead of having to walk over cobblestones to get to a hotel in the old town. The room was beautiful and huge with windows on two sides with spectacular views of the city. Great kitchenette. Would definitely stay again--in fact, I almost want to go back just to stay here. I really can't recommend it highly enough!

The coffee machine was just OK. There was still a kettle and instant coffee and tea, so that is hardly a complaint.

Our room was comfortable and big enough, with city and river view. Location is great, you walk all around the old town. Breakfast is very tasty with the basic hot food or cold one. The staff is very helpful.

Our room had three spiders above the bed by the evening. two of them we could eliminate ourselves before they get down to bed. Although, the telephone line was out of service. We could not call the reception. And the TV was the same, out of service. The breakfast could have been a better choice for the buffet and for the price. The bedding was not hypoallergenic in our room. We forgot to ask it in advance. We would stay again in this hotel.

My recent stay was quite good. The room had lovely views and plenty of space, making it comfortable. Its central location made it easy to get around. I liked the complimentary tea, coffee, and water, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

However, there were a couple of small issues. The room could get a bit chilly because of the large windows, and sometimes I could hear noise from the corridor, which was a bit bothersome. The TV in the room is not the most modern, and unfortunately, it doesn't support phone mirroring.

I have nothing negative to say about the hotel or its location. It suited my needs perfectly. The room was spacious enough for one person, the shower and toilet were modern and functioned well. The bed was comfortable. The view from the window (facing the river) was pleasant. The breakfast was varied - something for everybody.

Not necessarily anything the Hotel can do about it really but there was a lot of noise from other late into the night revelling along the quayside. Closing the windows muffled it of course but if, like me, you prefer to sleep with fresh air (or a breeze) coming in the window that is not really a desired option.

In the best location and what a view from the big windows in the room:D Short distance to everywhere if you like to walk around the city. Big fridge and drinking water in the room and in the lobby is also a plus. Beds are also comfortable. Great service in the reception, we ordered airport transportation from the reception and it went in both directions without any problems or extra charges.

The dishes in the room could have been changed from time to time, we went for 4 days with the same cups and glasses. The floors could also have been wiped in between.

The location, friendly staff, good breakfast, big and warm room. The room was amazing. We travel a lot as a family and the room was more than big enough for us three. The rooftop restaurant was also really good.

I loved the breakfast. They always had two kinds of hummus, muhamara and baba ganoush. I think their breakfast is perfect with varied menu items, so healthy with lots of salad and fruit. My daughter wanted a bit more variation on cold cuts and cheeses, so maybe for those who like different cold cuts, breakfast might not be very satisfactory.

It was a Wonderful stay. We were a family with two young couples plus the mother of the two of us. All of us really enjoyed our stay and had a pleasant stay. Ecspacially we loved the rooms (suite with city view in 5 & 6th floor. They were really what we were expecting, which means rooms of really great size. Perfect for family groups. There were a great kitchen, great sitting area, and fantastic view over city.

Should have been some more variations in the breakfast. It was a good breakfast after all, although it could have been some more different bread to be served. Also some more standards as salami, and other different ham’s could have been served.

This hotel is situated in a great central location overlooking the river. Room was large and well equipped with fridge, microwave, safe and coffee making facilities. We were on the 5th floor and had a lovely view. I also liked the reading lights near the bed. We didn't dine in the restaurant but we did have cocktails in the 10th floor bar which had beautiful views over looking the city. There are many bars & restaurants nearby and it is just a short walk to many of the local attractions and museums. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Though not the fault of the hotel there was a marquee next door that had an event on for 2 of the nights that we stayed. There was music playing into the early hours of the morning which made it impossible to sleep. We had an airport pickup at 4am and we could still here it playing. Also there was only one pillow on the bed and no English channel on the tv.

Fantastic location overlooking the river. Only a short walk to the main attractions over the bridge. No taxis or public transport needed the whole time in Gdańsk I had beautiful river views and lots of windows in the room to enjoy. The bed is comfortable, the room was toasty and warm. The shower was powerful and hot Absolutely perfect stay and would highly recommend

Spacious rooms (we had an apartment with separate bedroom) handy well equipped kitchen area. Clean and looked after. Great location in this beautiful city. Outside can be quite loud as they seem to start construction work at 6am...? Not had breakfast in the hotel, we had our favourites to go to. Lebanese restaurant just opened in the top floor, great view, Greek restaurant on the ground floor. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Drilling noise from the outside, didn't expect that so early (woke our son up, couldn't go back to sleep) but it's not the hotel fault.
