Nice big room, comfy bed, great breakfast. Friendly and helpful reception staff. The location meant that all the sights of the Old Town were on our doorstep.

Our room faced what is now a very busy street (we stayed there about 10 years ago when the area was a bit derelict, but nice and quiet). Even with the windows firmly closed, this time we were woken up at 02:00, 03:00 or even 04:00 by the noise from revellers. There is now a “Cocktail Bar” (?!) on the ground floor, which was directly below our room, and where most of the noise seemed to come from. And nit-picking … the otherwise excellent breakfast buffet was let down by watered-down orange juice.

Excellent location just outside the Old Town. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in Gdańsk. Spacious room on 4th floor. staff very helpful and friendly. clean throughout.

The lift stops at the 3rd floor, so one flight of stairs up to 4th. With arthritis this can be a problem. Room was a garret room with just Velux windows in the roof. One had a broken handle, and you had to climb onto a chair to open and close them all. There was no controller for the aircon, and I had to pick one up from Reception. Despite there being a sign stating that bacon, egg and sausage could be had by special request, it was there without request on Saturday and Sunday. When I nipped in on Monday for a quick breakfast before departing for the airport, there was none. The waitress offered to cook some, but I didn’t have time. Felt that my options had been taken away. Had I known I could have ordered the day before.

Very clean, very kind staff. Super close to old town. There are plenty of food places and Żabkas around the hotel so food is never an issue. The cleaning is not everyday, which I prefer. You communicate when you would like a clean to the front desk or put the "please clean my room" sign on the room door.

The hotel is located right on a busy street so if not having a silent room at night is a problem, maybe try and get the rooms that don't face the street. I could hear people talking and laughing during the night, outside.

Excellent location, approx 20min walk from train. Right on the edge of the Old Town area. Room was great for a few nights, it even had a small fridge, and most importantly, lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower. Great value for a solo traveller, even better for a couple.

Nothing about the room or the hotel that I could comment on apart from the fact that there is building work going on across from the hotel (Feb 2024) so it is noisy from about 8am. A room at the back may be quieter if you like to sleep on in the morning.

The fantastic position has its downside as everything in life. A room on the first floor facing the bustling street could be incompatible with sound sleep patterns. The direction was so kind to change my room as soon as a better one was available. Thank you

Right in the heart of Gdansk old town, was a perfect location at a very reasonable price, staff where friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

We had requested a double and the hotel did contact and warn us inadvance that this might not be possible. We had a very spacious twin with the beds pushed together which was fine and is the only reason we scored our stay a 9 rather than a 10.

Everything was perfect, the location, the amount of natural light, the cleaning, the size of the bathroom, the size of the bed. There was AC, tv, freedge, everything you need to rest well and keep enjoying the city. Even though there was party outside we close the windows and it was silence inside the room. We were on the first floor facing one of the main streets in the main town.

There was nothing of my dislike.

Location is absolutely perfect for exploring Beds extremely comfortable and fantastic shower

I usually bring my own jar of coffee for room but forgot on this occasion - only 2 sachets for 4 days in the room but i managed to buy a jar. Was charged almost £45 for complete new set of towels cos i got eyeliner on one hand towel as i had also forgot to take make up wipes

Breakfast - fine, a wide choice available. The location is hard to beat. Cafes/Restaurants and the old town right on your doorstep. I will be going back to Gdanks at some point in the not too distant future and would not hesitate to use Kobza again if there are vacancies. From the staff through to the shower - everything was welcoming. Writing this from my wife's account it wasn't Linda staying it was her husband John. She may accompany me on my next visit.

The location was in the perfect spot close to centre.The staff were very informative and helpful nothing too much trouble.Breakfast was always hot very well prepared lots of variety.Showers always hot rooms clean .

Only thing was a bit noisy bedroom at front ,but all in good hotel
