The staf of hotel are so super with holp u to make u comfortable with ur staying, I would like thank the deputy manager jolanta she is so helpful , always asking if she see me with my family if we need any thig for our room. They have good connection for Internet.. Good air conditionin.. The hotel have good location to go to the old town. ..shop.... Vegetable market... . Train station . nice restaurant. ..Market shop...bekary shop ..

The location is great. So central and in easy walking distance to all the ‘must see’ spots in Gdańsk. It’s a pretty basic hotel, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, (thin mattress, duvets and pillows) and, it had no facilities to make hot drinks in the room, however, it was clean, quite and spacious. For the equivalent of £30 per night in the centre of a city I would say it’s more than worth it. Nice friendly staff.

The staff were great. They looked after our luggage as have arrived early. They were very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay and they took really good care of us at breakfast. The hotel is close to the city centre and transport links to the airport.

The room was cold when we arrived. It soon warmed up, but the heating doesn't work unless the key is in the room. Also, cold drinking water is available in the lobby, but in the winter, it would be nice to have warm or hot water, to make tea. Drinks are available from the restaurant in the lobby area.

Chose this hotel because it was very close to the bus terminus from the airport and it was on the edge of the old town. Bus 210 takes you from the airport to Glowny station and the hotel is a five minute walk along the road immediately behind the bus stop. The old town can be reached by following the road alongside the hotel’s restaurant and then crossing the busy street that surrounds the colourful Dutch style buildings. Going in the opposite direction along the street the hotel is on, a ten minute walk brings you to the solidarity museum which was the birthplace of Polish democracy. Following the street behind the hotel and crossing the stream, you walk for 15 minutes along the path between apartments and park to the Gdańsk World War Two museum. The location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was continental and filling.

I was absolutely satisfied with the hotel. The staff is one of the real pluses of the hotel: they are super nice, ready to help and kind. The position is excellent as one stays at few minutes from The Solidarity Center as well as from the very center of the Old Town. The room met my expectations. While good, only breakfast was perhaps slightly disappointing in comparison with other hotels.

Nothing really negative to indicate

Good location, 5-10 minutes walk to old town, train,trams etc. supermarket just across the road and lots of places to eat nearby. Friendly helpful staff. 10 minutes on the train to Sopot if you fancy a day out of the city and on to the beach.

Air con set at a minimum of 16 degrees in summer (this is a good summers day in Scotland 😂) so room was quite warm at night considering it was high 20’s outside.

The hotel was nice and simple for a solo traveller or a couple travelling. The room was comfortable, and spacious, it was a short walking distance to the town centre and about 5-10 minutes from the train station. Staff were nice and professional upon check in and facilities were adequate for my stay. I will be sure to stay here next time for my next trip to GDANSK.

There wasn't anything wrong with this property.

The staff was helpful and the hotel was quiet. Comfortable bed, good shower water pressure. The lobby was nice and empty most of the time.

My room was VERY small, with a suitcase open I couldn't walk around it. Quite poor in terms of amenities - it didn't even have a kettle in the room (you have to pay extra to "rent" it). No food after 22:00. Arrived late from the airport and was told there were no options to get a meal. The lobby bar was pretty expensive - PLN 10 for a coffee, while a whole lunch set was PLN 27.

The location was very good and quiet. There are many shops to offer, restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarket and hair dresser nearby. For the value of the money, the hotel is good. It is also half an hour to the airport by taxi and walking distance to old town center.

It didn’t have a fridge to store cool drinks or ironing board to iron clothes.

Good hotel with interesting design in the centre of Gdansk. Close to the railway station and tram stops, shops, historic monuments and river. Quiet rooms with excellent beds. Simple and effective design, reasonable price. Fantastic breakfast with wide choice of everything. Smiling staff, good airconditioning. I was there for the second time and it was the primary choice. Would come here again.
