Excellent location right on the busy pedestrian street of Katowice. which is full of restaurants and bars Walkable distance from the railway station Modern, functional, good sized room with big windows Modern bathroom with big shower stall Possibility to pay with a credit card was very helpful Great sports bar basically downstairs

Kitchen area was a bit small. Quite a lot of street noise, but that is the trade-off for the super central location. Smell from the India restaurant downstairs was strong in the entrance hallways There is a big difference in rates between week days and weekends.

It was really a brilliant stay, rooms are very clean and the service was absolutely excellent. Reception staff provided everything I needed in a very professional way, they were extremely helpful, professional and polite. Whatever I asked for, they provided it very quick. Also many thanks to housekeeping staff, they asked me always if I need anything or if the room is clean and tidy enough. I will book the same, whenever I am in Katowice. Location: Located well for public transport and the center of Katowice. Room: good sized room Facilities: there were not much to be honest, there was a part-time reception. Staff: reception staff 2pm to 10pm very helpful. Cleanliness: ok We went to see Auschwitz Birkenau during our stay. We got great service from www.silesiatrip.pl in this regard.

insufficiently supplied with shower products and towels. room was not serviced while we were there. We were there for three nights. Tips for the hotel: put a guidebook in the room to local facilities (shops, pharmacies, public transport). Put in room safes.

Very beautiful hotel and nice location .interior views is same as a five star hotel.thanks owner for providing us/ tourist five star hotel services in a decent price.

Reception stuff are not so friendly.rude little bit.first day I booked without booking by phone,when i checked in ,a madam in the reception she given me 0/zero information about the hotel example :what time o clock i need to checked out ,or if i late I have to pay extra .but the day after when i checked out she asked money from me because i was 30 minutes late for checked out and she looked at us very rude way .this things only broke my heart in my vacation moments.and makes me very sad😔But owner did his best for this hotel its looks like a five star hotel inside.if stuff behaviour little bit soft with tourists this hotel will be the no 1 hotel in katowise

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I even got to see different rooms before I chose. The room was spacious with a big bed. The bathroom also had a big shower. The place is a very short walk from the bus station. Also there are many restaurants right outside the apartments

The WIFI was very poor in my room. Mostly I couldn't use it. The bathroom should have a shelf for toiletries, also a shelf in the shower, and also a toilet roll holder - the toilet rolls were stored on the floor. As the room was on the front it was a little noisy, but I was able to sleep most of the time.

The location was very accisible. 7mins walk from the main train station near the plaza which is quite facinating as there are so many activities plus the resto and pubs itself is below the building but you cannot hear the noise at all. Also its near the mall plus there are area to tour around.

In general everything is ok except that we are provided with new towel that when you used it, it leaves all those white fiber in your body and unfortunately Im kind of allgergic to it and added to my hayfever issues. But i am hapoy overall

Great location, and yet we had a room on the courtyard and not on the street Mariacka which is *the* hub for bars and restaurants. The place was very clean and well equipped (kitchen ware and bathroom stuff).

The room was a bit small. I think it is a stretch to sell this place as a "one-room apartment". It is rather a small bedroom with a kitchenette. In our case it was not a problem since we ate out, but any meal beside breakfast there would be a bit like camping condition (no dining table, rather a desk laying along the wall and one of the windows.

Excellent location, easy and convenient check-in and check-out. The room is very clean and comfortable, despite its small size. Equipped with everything necessary for a short stay. Excellent soundproofing of both rooms and windows. Our window looked directly onto the street, which was quite lively with restaurants and bars. Considering it was Saturday evening, the street was simply buzzing with young people walking around. It was impossible to open the window, but with the window closed there was no feeling at all of what was going on outside the window. Perfect insulation. I would also like to note the wonderful comfortable bed. This is a very important detail. Good sleep is guaranteed. The receptionist is also very pleasant and evokes only positive emotions.

One small note, rather an inconvenience. This is the lack of hooks for towels in the bathroom. Just one small one - this is clearly not enough)

Perfect location not 10 mins from the art gallery, tram lines, train station. Clean, comfy, large room/bathroom. Right in the middle of all the bars/clubs and you wouldn’t even know it, it’s so quiet! Slight noises heard from room next door but it was the weekend so can’t complain as whoever it was played music until 10 and then went out so no big deal. Beautiful room, lovely staff who checked us in on our first day, easy access and well decorated.

We had a deluxe room with a kitchenette. Don’t get me wrong it was well equipped and came with coffee/tea, salt/pepper. But just one little plug in hob and microwave. Made it a bit awkward to cook as it was quite small and not very roomy but again, only little details. Room never seemed warm either regardless of radiators being on. Also we were there for 4 nights and no one told us where we could throw our bin bags and they only left 3 toilet rolls with no cleaners to restock anything/take bins away. We didn’t need it cleaned but this was a bit of a negative as we run out of room for rubbish and toilet paper very quickly.
