The room was modern, clean and comfortable and the services and conveniences where all I needed. The desk on the room was amazingly and surprisingly comfortable and usable for work. The staff was amazingly helpful, specially Gosia. Even events like Yoga classes were available although I was unlikely to miss it.

The gym was poorly maintained: very basic machines (hydraulic instead of weights) and most free weights were missing. The location was tricky, but worked well for me using the electric scooters. Although the bar area was available to sit (and that's good), it would have been great to have more more appropriate space to sit downstairs with the laptop or to eat food from outside (maybe with a microwave)... obviously not a negative; just a missing opportunity to be even better!! :)

The room was quite spacious and modern. The shower was also great. Nice restaurant on 6th floor with decent prices.

Local staff worked veeeery slow. We spent like half an hour at the reception waiting. The documents to sign were in Polish language only. It was quite noisy during the night as there was some kind of a party in another room. We have not tired breakfast as it was 17 Eur per person per day that seemed to be quite pricy. Note that hotel is a bit out of the city center location.

Nice rooms and just off the motorway, very convenient staging point for anywhere across Katowice and elsewhere around Silesia.

Wi-Fi is basically non-existent, one of my devices couldn't even connect once, and the others constantly dropped out and wouldn't even do 360p video. I would expect more from a hotel advertising they also do conferences; unless they expect all the attendees to download all the material beforehand.

Everything was perfect! The room was clean, quiet, with huge comfortable beds and the food was delicious, especially the room service!! Special mention to the curtains: the most amazing and efficient curtains ever!! If you draw them, the room gets completely dark even though the sun is shining brightly; perfect for when you intend to sleep in and have late mornings!

Room had air conditioner and kettle. A couple of 0.5l water bottles for free and a water tank in the hallway.

Location wasn't the best - a bit far from city center, but bolt scooters and cars were nearby, so travel around was cheap and easy. I ran out of water, and the tank in the hallway was empty, i got sick from drinking the tap water.

Spacious, clean room. Surprised how much space we had. Lovely bathroom, with both shower and bath. Coffee maker and kettle. Good breakfast and convenient restaurant. We ate in the restaurant which has a good menu with local dishes well worth trying.

As an organisation trying to support people with mental health, the politeness and helpfulness of the staff was more than excellent, very professional, and staff was happy yo speak English tung when met by our British players

Cold weather but that's nit the hotels fault one recommendation would be to add some English signs in the hotel to assist with British travellers who will be planning to return in the near future

Everything was clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfasts were good and there was a good selection of foods.

Our room was on the side of the road and it was little noisy at night. We were sleeping with open window though. Closing it mitigates the problem, but we'll, we like fresh air.

Perfect location. Nutritious breakfast. Comfortable rooms (great design!). Hospitable workers.

One of the reading lamps in my room didn't work :( so the person I was travelling with couldn't read her book properly
