spa area- it ´s nice place, well equipped, clean, nice staff,it´s positive.. but noisy because of ignorant mother ´s with their children ´s.They are everywhere/in Spa area too - even through entry 16+ years/.It may be quiet place,but it isn ´t. Children ´s make noise,play with balls in pool ´s, it ´s terrible for people trying to be resting.Only quiet time there was 12-13:30.It ´s a shame.

Breakfast was outstanding! Absolutely scrumptious and the variety of the food was incredible! The service was excellent too. The coffee was absolutely delicious! The Spa and the pool were fantastic! The vibe was great there and you could really blow off some steam by going there. The hotel was exceptionally clean and it smelled incredible!

Parking should always be for free. And if you do have to pay for parking, it should not be 60zł! That's way too much. Max 10/15zł per day.

DoubleTree by Hilton in Kraków is a modern and comfortable hotel. The facilities are excellent, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The location is convenient for exploring the city, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. A special thanks to the staff, particularly the young lady at the reception desk. She provided us with all the necessary information, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options. We truly enjoyed our short stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kraków.

Modern, nice, spacious rooms. The spa facilities are excellent. Good sized pool (lifeguard on site). Nice jacuzzi. Sauna is good temperature, clean. They also have a herbal sauna (I did not tried though). Big outdoor parking space, easy to park, but can get crowded over the weekend. The city centre is only 15 minutes by car/taxi. There is also public transportation in time. Staff is friendly and helpful. We were greeted with cookies and they sorted all of our requests. The area is quiet. You can find restaurants supermarkets in walkable distance.

First and foremost, Mikolaj at reception is the kindest coolest most helpful person in Krakow. The hotel was located in a quiet area, it was very clean, the rooms were neat and cleaned daily, towels changed everyday, we had a great time at the fitness center and the pool and spa. The staff, especially Mikolaj and Anna at reception were very nice and helpful.

The staff were too nice. The hotel is too beautiful. The rooms are too clean. My friends were the in the best moods i've seen them in and I think this was the effect of the hotel!

Hilton hotel chain very good standard. comfortable with good wellness / spa etc. Big one and perfect for conferences, best location for events taking place in ARENA - close to hotel.

I would recommend more flexible check in policy. I arrive one h before formal check in time. I needed to change in to suit for next meeting and I had to pay additional 100 PLN to get my room although room was ready waiting for me. No fortune for me as well as for hotel but causing bed impression. Just one remark on breakfast: we have best bread worldwide in Poland when you serve hotel chain standard. maybe with little cost you could impress guests with local specific super tasty bread.

Excellent place for family. Swimming pool, Spa & sauna was splendid. My 3 year old daughter enjoyed jacuzzi although kids pool was bit deep for her. My wife had a relaxed and beautiful massage @ Moon. Huge thanks to the lady's effort who did the massage for continuous 2 hours. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of items to chose.

* Staffs were excellent except for the bar tender who was not much interested in taking my orders and deliver it to room since he said it was more of room service duty and not his. Restaurant was closed at that time until 4 PM. * Could not reach front desk multiple times via phone and I went to reception directly. * Took almost 1 hour today to airport and I think it maybe due to Friday peak traffic.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was kept very clean throughout. The room was a good size and very well equipped. The spa area and pool were excellent. The breakfast was simply amazing, so many choices and all of them delicious. If I could eat there every morning I would be a happy, but very fat, man.

I've thought hard about this, but I just can't come up with anything at all to complain about.

Beautiful hotel, with very nice, spotless rooms, comfortable beds, friendly, helpful staff, and easy parking. The pool, spa, and gym are very new, clean, and superb. Families especially with children, who do not want to run around town a lot will like it the most.

Although the hotel is on the outskirts of Krakow, with a humongous parking place in front of the building, you have to pay 50zl/24 hrs. or 3zl/hr. To get to the center of town you have to walk almost a mile to get to the nearest tram or hire a taxi to go back and forth. Hotel breakfast is fairly expensive, 70zl/person. The first room we were given had zero views unless you'd consider "view" looking at the inner courtyard, i.e. the side/opposite wing of the hotel. Luckily for us when we were requesting another room with an actual view, the friendly receptionist accommodated our request.

The pool was very good

I'm a little disappointed because I asked for a late check-out and to pay a portion of the price of a whole night and they didn't give it to me. And when I had to go to the airport I asked at the reception how much a taxi would cost me and they told me 100 zlotys. I ordered one and when the driver arrived and we got to the airport he asked for 150!!!! zlotys. I don't know whose fraud it is, the hotel's or the driver's.
