Second stay here and hotel remains beautiful and welcoming. However, let down with two issues regarding restaurant.

On an evening with pouring rain we decided to eat in hotel and confirmed restaurant last orders 10pm. at 9:02pm we went to restaurant, just after another couple sat down and received menus to be told “No”. When I explained even the hotel brochure states restaurant is open until 10pm the waitress refused. For a 5* hotel this isn’t the service expected. Also, in the bar area charging €4 for a small Cappuccino is somewhat expensive. Hotel management needs to pay some attention to this. We will be staying again in hotel June 7-11 2023 and hope this improves !! :) Dr J R

Very nice room, bathroom and bed.

The breakfast was not up to the same standard as the hotel. There was a huge difference of breakfast Saturday and Sunday. Sunday was poor. The SPA area was okay, but the pool was very small and the steam bath which was good were not working constantly - the power vent off several times??

Gregory was a grate help. Location is perfect room is very specious.

Breakfast has no variety

The Ferreus Hotel is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The decor is stunning. The pool and sauna's were so quiet and relaxing. We had an early flight on departure and the staff had goodie bags for all 5 of our group packed with sandwiches, water, fruit, yogurt and chocolate. They couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The hotel is very central, less than 10 minute walk to the main square and to the large shopping mall.

There was nothing about the hotel I didn't like.

This was the best hotel my cousin and I have ever stayed at. The staff, facilities and hotel were all exceptional. The attention to detail was impressive in the decor of the hotel. The room, location of the hotel, the spa and the breakfasts were all amazing. The hotel was very clean, and comfortable. All staff were very welcoming. The automation of the lighting, and even the bathroom toilet provided entertainment, adding to the joy to the holiday. We also felt very safe at the hotel, noting the extensive CCTV and lift access restrictions. Whenever we used the spa, we had it to ourselves, using all the saunas, and pressing all the buttons in the pool, (adding waterfalls and bubbles). We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful, unforgettable experience.

Shame that the sun lamp in the spa was out of action - but only a minor blip - it was sunny outside :)

From start to finish of our stay here I can only say it was amazing. The staff here are so accommodating they provided us with early check-in, late checkout, free room upgrade and the morning we had to leave early before breakfast the provided us with two food bags containing sandwiches, fruit, cookies, yogurts, chocolate bars, water and juice. The food at breakfast was outstanding, such a selection of cold meats fish and cheeses fresh fruit and vegetables a wonderful array of breads and flavoured butters, a couple of types of sausages, bacon, eggs etc.. The pool and spa where so relaxing and peaceful. The rooms are so spacious modern and clean. All in all we had a great stay here and the next time we visit krakow this will be our goto accommodation. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay pleasant.

This hotel was absolutely the best experience ever. from the check in to departure the staff were 100% attentive and responsive. The restaurant was exceptional, the rooms absolutely beautiful with no detail left unconsidered. The location is perfect (5 mins Rynok main square), and Uber/Bolt for further afield. The spa was fantastic with cleanliness and services just what is expected of a 5* hotel.

Everything was absolutely perfect.

Location was perfect, hotel was very bright and nicely decorated & front desk staff very pleasant. Room fittings were very modern and good air conditioning. It was very quiet during our stay (almost too quiet) therefore we didn’t use the bar area as we would’ve been the only ones there. We enjoyed the pool/sauna areas especially after long days out walking & my husband used the gym machines.

The only small niggle for me was that the housekeeping didn’t replenish any coffee sachets after our first night and also put our dirty cups/glasses back by the kettle rather than clean ones

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly the hotel is located in a perfect position just a minute from centre of old town so quieter the spa was amazing and generally quiet - rooms were modern and had everything you need

It was a shame the rooftop wasnt open during our stay because of a broken window - and a small matter but the room cleaning didnt replenish toilet paper or clean cups or mugs which seems silly for a 5 star hotel - little gripes and easily changed as our stay was fabulous

The location and design of the hotel are really TOP. The room is really quiet. Excellent restaurant, nice and friendly staff.

Dirty wellness. There was limescale everywhere, the showers didn't work properly because of the limescale deposits. The same problem was also in the bathroom in the room. Very dirty and almost non-functional steam sauna. This hotel must have cost a lot of money, so it deserves proper maintenance.
