First of all! It should be 12 out of 10 stars!! The staff is reallllly friendly, the hostel is super cozy and the room is good for a night stay. The city centre is right here so you have no trouble finding the places you want! Honestly, if i'm ever coming back to Warsaw I will stay here again. Like, such a cozy and lovely hostel. The plus is you can make your own food here to save money from eating out somewhere. I also liked that the receptionist recommended us many places to eat at or what to visit. She is super friendly!! A true gem. Don't listen to any of the bad reviews :)

The receptionist was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We communicated in English which I appreciated very much. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen facilities were great with a bean to cup coffee machine and area to have breakfast dinner etc. The room had additional windows which reduced the noise from the street very effectively.

The curtains were thin and slightly see through, more like drapes/net curtains. Although this type of window covering seems common in Poland I did feel conscious of being visible at night when I had the light on as the room was overlooked by the buildings opposite. The shower head would benefit from replacing.

One of the most enjoyable aspects of our stay was the professional and very friendly staff. Monika left the best impression at the reception. She turned out to be not only an experienced worker, but also an extremely polite and attentive person. Monica was always ready to answer our questions. The hostel rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Comfortable beds and pleasant interior created an extremely comfortable atmosphere for rest. In general, we are grateful to the hostel for its warm atmosphere and high level of service. We will definitely come back here on our next visit to Warsaw. We recommend this great place for those looking for a convenient location and quality service.

The hostel's location is highly appreciated, being close to everything, with a tram stop just outside. The room was clean, and the hostel itself was calm and well-maintained. The kitchenette was excellent, equipped with everything we needed—I particularly enjoyed preparing coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to the lady at reception. I highly recommend this hostel and will definitely book it again."

Miss Taisiia made the stay wonderful!! We instantly became friends she is such a lovely receptionist and she even helped me with my bag!! I came to warsaw for a test I was completely stressed and unsure about my life, but meeting her made me so happy and I'm so grateful for my stay in this hotel! Based on her recommendation I went to park Łazienki and had a beautiful tour in warsaw!! Thank you miss Taisiia, I'll never forget you and I would like to meet you again in Warsaw ❤❤

We got appartment instead of room. The appartement was comfy and clean, so we were satisfied.

The entrance of the hostel is confusing, nowhere was written that we should take stairs to the first floor. So we took the lift and we tried 2nd floor. Than we needed to call the receptionist as we have no clue where to go (and the staircase looks little bit scary).

No shower gel or shampoo provided, evwn though it said they were.

The hotel was very clean. Placed very close to the city center, like 7-min walk. Receptionist was polite and nice. Street below is quiet so no noise at night. It was quite warm in the room despite colder weather. There's a kitchen with a coffee machine but it wasn't too clear if milk in the fridge is for everyone so I didn't risk taking it and there was no receptionist to ask.

The entrance had a tiny sign of the hostel so it took a few minutes to find it. The room looked better on the pictures. In the bathroom there was no towel to put on the floor and the floor was quite cold so if you have place in your backpack, I recommend taking sleepers with you, otherwise it's very uncomfortable. The window was not too clean, very small and as I understand, without possibility to open it. Receptionist work only during some day hours so if you need any help, you need to wait for it.

I stayed in one of the self-contained studios on the 8th floor. Well- equipped, cozy but comfortable. Coffee machine and coffee capsules, kettle and teabags. Washing machine. Pull out sofa bed and table. Well designed and modern small living space.
