Perfect position, in an area of administrative buildings and embassies. Very animated on working days, quiet by night and on week ends. Fully restored building, we were so lucky to find a car park just outside the door. Anyway there is plenty of garages in the surroundings. Half an hour walking from the Palace of Culture and Scienze and Novy Dwor street (where the movida is!). Ten minutes to the closest Metro Station, nearby beautiful Chopina park. Large flat, complete with everything, and I mean everything: hoover, washing machine, dish washer, a balchony, clothes horse and so on. The furniture, could be newer but the whole flat has a some-way nostalgic look (and some unexpected details) that reminded me of '80s spy stories settled on the other side of the iron courtain. The staff is very well organized, easy to reach the location by car, easy to access, easy to get the keys. There is also a reception in working hours.

Just to be picky... it could have been a little bit cleaner (expecially the balchony). The sofa was lame because of a damaged foot (but maybe the staff didn't know it yet) and, maybe it's time to repaint the walls :) Still, a great, great deal considering price/value/position.

Location was amazing with good public transport links to the old town (or a 30-40 minute walk), and right next to Lazienki Park with lots of friendly squirrels! The apartment on the 3rd floor had a bath, plenty of hot water, and good heating - which was excellent for our wintry December stay. The doorman was also very friendly. We would definitely stay again!

The towels and bedding could be replaced as they seemed quite old, and were very small for 2 adults. The walls of the apartment had some dark scuff marks on them, which made it appear a bit dingy... but nothing that a lick of white paint couldn't fix.

Big modern apartment. Good value for money. Fantastic service. They were quick to respond to my questions and helped me with a special request. Cosy and quiet area next to several parks. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment lacked shower gel and shampoo. The house is not so well insulated against noise. You can hear your neighbours very well and I woke up from a garbage truck outside at 6 am.

Nice sized apartment with all the equipment you need for a short self-catering kind of stay. Depending on where you need to be in Warsaw, the location is great. The price I paid was very reasonable, so if I'm ever in this neck of the woods again, I'll happily stay here.

The flat is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in an wonderful area - only 5 minutes walk from the Lazienki Park and with lots of buses/trams up to the old town. Perfect location and easy check-in experience. Heating and hot water were excellent - and especially useful when coming home in the cold winter!

The bedding and towels have seen better days, but the apartment (on the 1st floor) was warm and spacious.

Very good host, very good and big apartment, location is great. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for your stay. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend the host and the apartment, and hope to be back soon.

The apartment was ideally located just some minutes away from my meeting venue and close to beautiful parks. It was easy to get the key, the apartment is silent and clean. It was ideal for my visit but I could even imagine to stay there longer.

The property was extremely clean, contains all the facilities needed for a stay. The receptionist is extremely friendly and nice. The host speaks in English extremely fluently.

The lighting is a little dark.

Great base for my parents to visit from in Warsaw. A really quiet apartment with trees outside right in the best area. Thank you for an excellent stay.

The living room/bedroom is really big. The apartment is perfect for a couple, and probably a bit too big for a solo traveler.

Didn't figure out how to raise blinds. They open OK, but I wanted even more sunlight in. Although, it's a minor issue, I didn't spend much time in the apartment anyway.
