It was a great/ excellent stay for the value. This place was something, quite, no noise, a terrace with a great view to breakfast or dinner...stunning view of the sunrise and sunset :) The personal is very helpful and pleasant from the very first moment when you arrive :) The lady from the reception told me about their neighbor pool in case that I want to swim, she told me about the local markets in this area, offered me a map and indicated some relevant places (shops, laundry in case you need it), bus station. They have a small fridge in the room which is great in case that you want to have a cold drink. In my case the breakfast was included in the price and it was enough for me. I felt lucky from the very first moment I enter this hotel. Internet connection was very good. Considering that I avoid luxury hotels and noisy places it was just perfect for me. If you rent a car you will definitely find a place to park your care in the area.

Beautiful place and space. You can eat breakfast on the terrace situated on the cliff, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Nice room with comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Delicious breakfast with various things to choose. Delicious food in restaurant. Very nice, polite, smiling, friendly and helpful service.

Far from the beach. No place/opportunity at the hotel for sunbathing.When the wind blows strongly, the door to the room knocks and wakes you up at night :-)

The terrace is amazing and the staff very friendly! Overall we would definitely stay here again. I recommend to rent a car to go to different trails and day trips.

The vegan options for breakfast and in the restaurant were lacking. For breakfast at least put 1 option of plant based milk. Maybe offer some complimentary water in the room when you arrive. 1 bottle for 4 euros is a bit extreme.

Very nice hotel. We stayed only one night at the end of holiday. Half of our family stayed in room in the main building which was great with fireplace and spacious bedroom. Others stayed in apartment in nearby villa, which was also nice but would definitely need some refurbishment and facelift. Good location with restaurant terrace on the cliff - beautiful! is just 10 min to the airport . Tasty breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. I can imagine staying there again.

Location just on the cliff is stunning, the staff is super friendly and we felt most welcomed. Breathtaking views on the oceans during breakfasts. They have great restaurant for other meals as well. The building is not new but has all what you need for great stay. Everything is clean and well organised.

The apartment is spacious. It was ok for the price we paid. Nice view from the terrace where we had the breakfast.

The breakfast is pretty basic, you don't have a lot of options to choose from. The pool is not the cleanest, neither the sunbeds around it. The sheets had a weird smell and the beds are not comfortable at all.

The location of the terrace where you sit for breakfast, a refreshing beer during the day or dinner in the evening is what makes this hotel. Perched on the cliff edge above the sea gives you the perfect place to just be in the moment. We had the best evening meal of our entire stay in Madeira, beautifully presented and delicious.

Without air conditioning it was very hot at night although a fan is provided.

Everything was beautiful. When we arrived, the room was ready, the lady at the Reception was very kind and polite to us, also the other lady who speaks Spanish and also the boy during the breakfast. The room is very nice with an amazing view and the breakfast is very complete. Thanks to all the workers there, and of course I will come back.

I loved the personal attention of this boutique hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful with my dietary requirements, travel on the island and places to visit. Restaurant was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The apartment was lovely

The small kitchen had limited equipment if you wanted to cook but we ate out so it did not matter. The pool was tiny and in the shade during winter, but would probably use it in the summer.

The location is perfect With nice restaurants close by. The apartment was really good size and had everything we needed.

The swimming pool was out of the service and we needed to use the public pool which was small and crowded. The bath there's a lot of ants even when they cleaned.
