Front desk staff and all staff, perfect. Very large and comfortable bed, nice linens, good view, nice space all around. Super bathroom—shower and tub separate.

One working elevator for 8 floors above ground, not to mention levels below ground. There was generally a wait. There is a second elevator but it was out of service the entire 5 days I stayed here. Head splitting noise from the roof top disco nearby. I had 3 nights of peace and then Thursday and Friday the drilling techno beat throbbed all night long. It was like water torture or someone stomping on my head. And then it began at 11:30 am Saturday. Isn’t this illegal?

another nice stay in this hotel, very good breakfast, variety could be better:-), very nice view on Lisbon old town and the river, comfortable bed, hotel centrally located walking distance to city tourists attractions and few nice restaurants, spacious room, no artificial perfume scent in the room ( and keep like this).

in the pick time, waiting time for lifts is long

Really helpful and welcoming staff! Location perfect, close to some fine restaurants and rooftop bars. Rooms comfy and clean. Nice view from the balcony.

Newly opened bar close to the hotel made music noice during night time on the one side of the hotel.

This was a 5star high end hotel, we reserved a Jr Suite and it was a nice size room as expected. However, of the 3 hotels we stayed in Portugal, we could hear everything from the family in the room next door. This was extremely disappointing! The breakfast was excellent with many hot and cold selections, the coffee was excellent! Service at breakfast, in the restaurant and room service was excellent. This was a very nice hotel in a very nice, convenient area.

For a top end property the staff at check in was not very friendly but did a good job getting us checked in. The front desk did not answer the phone when called from the room. Unable to even leave a message. They did call back one time, I had to walk to the restaurant to order room service.

Location is excellent and the room was clean. The view from 7th floor was really good, especially at night time. The beds were big and comfy.

Did not have breakfast included but €20 a person seemed a bit much. Everything else was perfect.

The breakfast was perfect. But the coffee machines were not user friendly. Many guests asked for help!

The elevator needs maintenance, but this is not so important.

the room was excellent, curated in every detail, the bathroom is perfect I really appreciated as Italian having the bidet in it, thee shower is large and very comfortable, and the bed size too, the bathroom has a big mirror and another small mirror very useful for make up or skincare routines. next to the bed I was able to control all the lights and that is a magic detail for the night comfort. in the closet I had the opportunity o use an handheld steamer for my shirts, this is something I've never seen before in a hotel. the breakfast is full of locals food and International choice, the Nespresso coffee is a good choice but there were many choices for milk and beverages and fresh fruit.

The stay was 5 Stars and the staff was very sweet and accommodating! They did an excellent job. The hotel was perfect, the air conditioning worked better than expected and they cleaned our room every day. The guy downstairs booked our hair appointments and the Fado show as well. This hotel gets an A++ rating and they were able to accommodate a first floor room which we could walk up to as both my mom and I hate elevators.

Leave some more small towels.

Shower area is so tiny, shower screen is not useful . Water spread everywhere when having a shower. Asked for shower cap through the reception, but 12 hours passed , still not received the shower cap and had not received the shower cap at all before checking out. Booked the room through Booking.com with a rate including tax being Euro684.19. However at the checkin I was charged 18 Euro more. Did not get it why . :-)
