Everything about the facilities was great! Only the breakfast....

The breakfast was not good, almost no choice and very not tasty. Better not to give a breakfast than to give this.

The location, the breakfast, the cleanness of the facilities and the price

There wasn’t any photos available of the room I booked. Of all the photos in booking there wasn’t even one of the tiny room I was, if you are taller than 1,68 watch your head in that room (6).

Nice, clean guest house in a lively neighbourhood of Lisbon. The rooms were tidy and clean, the common areas were useful, and you're allocated some kitchen space to store groceries which can come in handy. The hostess is always ready to help. Being a guest house you have a shared bedroom, which is not always great, but that depends on other guests and not on the house management of course. The breakfast was simple but nice and in any case, this can't be beaten in terms of value for money. We loved the area - full of cafes and restaurants, less than 10 min walk to the metro, short walk to the town center, Natural History museum is basically next door. We went everywhere on foot. If you're on a budget and don't mind the shared bathroom, the place is unbeatable. The host kindly let us leave our bags on storage on our last day, so we could walk around town without having to carry them before going to the airport

There is only one shower room and it's shared, so at certain times you might need to wait, and depending on how nice and civilized other guests are, you might find puddles on the shower room floor or that the water is not hot because someone before you was inconsiderate and selfishly had a 20 min shower. But this is of course not the property's fault, just a question of luck with other guests. Everything else was great.

It was close to the Gloria Funicular and from there you can get to Rossio train station, as well as other attractions. O Faia restaurant was close by as well and I was able to listen to a live Fado performance ( book in advance)

It is an old building ( which I like) so the elevator is tiny and if you have a large suitcase it either will fit with difficulty or not at all. The Alternative is taking it up 4 flights of stairs, so prepare for a long haul if you can not use the elevator.

The hotel is situated close to the center. Also we had an opportunity to cook our food which we like. Nice interior

It would be better if there was a small chest of drawers in room 2.

Clean rooms comfortable beds. Excellent location for exploring the city. Clear instructions for accessing the place . Very secure. An excellent choice for a budget stay when all you need is a bed and a start to the day.

More local information available please . Bathroom door was very noisy and sticky. The historic lift is fab but tiny, and , it's a long way up...

The woman who met us was very friendly and nice, explained everything in detail. A room for 2 was not spacious, but perfect option, if you plan to explore the city all day and are looking for accommodation only to sleep.

Soundproofing is a bit poor, due to the fact that the property is in an old building, so from our room we could heard every time the door was opened and the elevator was used.

nice welcoming staff, clean room and amenities, wonderful location and the view I came late at night, so the owner sent me instructions and left a key to the room, that was really nice There are lots of wonderful restaurants nearby and basically it’s close to most of the landmarks towels and bedsheets are clean and new

unfortunately, most neighbors do not try to be quite, you can hear everything the door to the shower needs to be renovated bed is not very comfortable, as it’s a bit old
