Breakfast had a lot of choice eggs made to order the location was good if you don’t want to stay right in the centre of Lisbon there’s a tram stop at the end of Rue Sacramento ( the end of the street where the hotel is located) Number 25 cost was €3.10 euros single to take you into the centre one day we got off at Rossio and was able to get the train to Sintra the staff were amazing on arrival Roberto sat down with us with a coffee after a long journey and marked out all the places of interest then offered us swimming or hamman steam room as we had arrived early and room wasn’t ready we opted for the steam room and it was excellent.Fernanda also helped with everything from where to eat locally we went to Geographia about a five minute walk and the food was fabulous we will definitely be back when we return to Lisboa ❤️

I liked everything

It was good for the price, the accessibility was great, I came from the airport very easily and directly, it was close to all parts of the city, it had polite employees, it had a soft and comfortable bed, it was a peaceful environment, I think it was worth it.

In my opinion, the hotel was in an area that was not safe if you came late at night, it was a very quiet and secluded area, I don't think you should come later than 19:00, even though I was a man and I was alone and my family was not with me, but at night the route between the bus station and hotel I felt unsafe

The hotel is a little oase in busy Lisbon. The decor is beautiful and the staff is really nice and willing to give you the best tips for Lisbon. Also the breakfast service is tasty.

We've stayed here 3 years ago when the hotel was just brand new and back then the place was amazing. Right now it could need some work. There are scratches on the walls, the showers need new calk and everything feels like it could use a fresh layer of paint. I think its also good to note that the hotel is in an old building, you will hear the elevator in your room and you will here the upstairs neighbours. The could improve the soundproofing.

Beautiful spot, hidden gem. Off the tranquil pretty streets you find a hidden oasis but easy access to the busier areas (SO pleased we didn’t stay nearer the centre). The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful, gave us great recommendations of how to get around and what to see. Breakfast food is fresh and delicious, warm croissants, eggs from their own farm, home made apricot jam, lots other hot & cold items. Great coffee too. Loved the immaculate pool which is salt not chlorine, had a peaceful swim (I was the only one in the pool, heaven) you swim as you smell the blossom and hear the bird song. Very comfy beds, I think king size, really good shower double size. Everything spotless. We were delighted and felt so lucky to have stumbled on this amazing boutique hotel much nicer than a big chain and such good value, like many reviewers have said feels much better than 3 stars and the staff are 6 star :) superb.

The staff was brilliant, the breakfast was great and they had gluten free options made for us. Their pancakes were great. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft and not causing any neck issues. There is a tram / bus stop close to the hotel which takes you into the centre, a short walk to different stop you can take the tram to Belem towers.

As mentioned before by other reviews the noise between the rooms and hallway into our room travel light. If all the guests respect the 9 pm silence then there are no issues. We slept well

It was a wonderful experience. I was very close to cancelling my next trip to Porto so I could enjoy this hotel for longer. The breakfast was quite varied and eggs were made fresh to order. There were lots of beach chairs in the yard to lounge by the pool, with plenty of sports in the shade or the sun to choose from. The pool is small but still good for a little swim. The yard is very green, with large treed and many song birds. It feels like an oasis.

The only minor thing was the Exit sign at the door, which was quite bright at night. It didn't bother me, but that's because I always sleep with an eye mask

Like most places in Portugal, the place does not have central heating or a dehumidifier apart from the AC. I recommend bringing more layers. It can get very cold at night.

We loved everything about this hotel -the rooms were very comfortable, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the swimming pool was great at the end of a hot day in Lisbon and the breakfast delicious! The hotel had a relaxed, friendly feel to it and it felt safe and comfortable.

Location is in a quieter area of Lisbon and is a great place to come back to, after a day exploring central Lisbon, and has some good nearby restaurants. However this did mean you needed to walk and negotiate the city transport systems to get about which was mostly fine although tiring when hot.

The hotel was fitted out to a really high standard. The perfect place to recline after a ling journey! Staff were friendly - offering recommendations about what to have for breakfast and looking after my bag for the day after checking out. The pool looked lovely and I was a bit gutted I didn't get chance for a dip before checking out!

The hotel's in a lovely area, but transport links weren't the best. Walking up from Rato station was pretty and safe, but a long way if you've got baggage with you. I'd order a Bolt or wait around for the bus, if I were to visit again.

Great place is a good location that is E good for wandering into the centre or getting the tram down the road. The staff are friendly and the place is great, having a pool was very nice after a long day exploring the city.

Although breakfast was good, the cooked options were often cold. For a hotel that is also claiming to have eco credentials, the amount of water they waste in the middle of the night on sprinklers is crazy, most of it watered the sun loungers and/or ended up going down the drain
