Fabulous location. Extremely stylish and spacious apartment with excellent air con. The reception staff were really helpful and we loved the breakfast delivered every morning. We stayed in a Deluxe two bed apartment and it was perfect for our family (two adults and two children age 8 and 10). We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We genuinely loved everything, but if I was being really picky, the shower water pressure could have been better (there was also a knack to getting the right temperature!) and there was no door to the en-suite bathroom. But it didn't impact on our stay at all. I've just mentioned it in case it matters to others.

Almaria was the excellent accommodation for me. I had expected a private apartment that usually services are not good. But Almaria provides satisfactory daily services, cleaning, foods, and coffees. I read reviews about the apartment, breakfast was good, but breakfast was more than I expected. I can have cheese, eggs, ham, fresh vegetables, and milk. They also provide fresh baked bread every morning. In addition, location of the apartment was excellent. I can reach a tour points very easily with public transportation or even walk.

The apartment was located at a slope.

Our apartment exceeded our expectations - spacious, roomy, clean and we lucked out with an amazing balcony view. The location is exceptional and made our stay in Lisbon very easy and accessible to Rossio Square, Hard Rock Cafe (where most of the tours leave from), Time Out Market, Praca do Comercio, and everything else you'd want to see! We were amazed at the prepared breakfast items already in the fridge, the items could be replenished daily at our request, and the daily bread delivery at the door was a nice surprise as well. We even got complimentary bottles of wine! Staff is exceptional and shout-out to Joanna who was super helpful on arrival and recommended a couple of nice places for lunch and dinner. Would highly recommend!

A bit strange that the bathroom for one of the bedrooms didn't have a door, so made morning routines a bit awkward.

The hosts upon check in were so helpful with making us feel welcome and showing us around the room. She even made a dinner recommendation and called to reserve it for us! Overall, my friends and I LOVED getting to stay there, especially always seeing what fresh bread and fridge food we would receive on a daily basis. We all wished we could live there forever.

Sometimes the elevator buttons were difficult to activate, but we figured out the magic touch by the end of our stay.

Wonderful location in the Chiado neighborhood and easily walkable to many attractions. Lots of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect - beautifully designed and comfortable. Many thoughtful touches including fresh fruit (and an electric juicer), a full kitchen with all equipment, a washer/dryer, iron, coffeemaker etc. Breakfast food was provided in the refrigerator and fresh bread and bakery items were hung on the door each morning.

Our time in Lisbon’s Almaria Ex Libris was REMARKABLE. In advance of our arrival, Almaria’s concierge service prearranged custom tours and answered many questions within hours. Our most important issue involved customized tour experiences. Thank to Almaria, we found Sonya and her team at http://www.igoportugal.pt We were SO HAPPY with Sonya's truly custom experiences that we added a 4th day. At Almaria, My husband and I LOVED never having to leave the room before we launched for the day. The fridge was fully stocked and a bag of morning pastries appeared daily. The apartment was cleaned daily. The Almaria location is ideal for centrally located Lisbon. I had prearranged too many restaurants.The concierge team canceled them which saved me time and credit card charges. Almaria is literally ½ block from the beautiful Church of the Rochas and a block away from one of the most beautiful view spots in all of Lisbon. Almaria Ex Libris also backs up conveniently to Barrio Alto’s walkable restaurants. We felt very, very safe and very convenient. I slept with the super well insulated balcony doors open so I experienced some urban noise in the wee morning hours - late night party goers and trash truck- but such is the price for urban night air and fabulous walkable convenience in a beautiful neighborhood. Thank you Almaria and Sonya for a fantastic vacation in your beautiful country.

Amazing location and I felt safe in the apartment. The breakfast was excellent - I expected only fresh bread in the morning but turns out they stock up the fridge with other food as well! The bed was super comfy and they have the softest sheets. Having a washing machine/dryer in the apartment helped a ton too. The staff were caring and responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, this is one of the places I definitely would easily stay long term if I could. That’s how good it is!

Creaky floorboards in some areas but didn’t bother me too much to be honest.

This apartment was fantastic, we could have stayed for a month. The staff (Joanna) was extremely helpful and friendly. Free WiFi, elevator (lift) and perfect location within easy reach of everything--good restaurants, shops, sights....we walked to the Castle (20 minutes) and went to Alfama for Fado. Breakfast was amazing--our frig was stocked with meat, cheese, butter, yogurt, milk and eggs. And they delivered a basket of fresh bread every morning. Wine and a basket of fruit on the table when we arrived. The design of the apartment was beautiful and perfect for 4 people- 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms separated by the living area/kitchen. Also an amazing terrace for lounging and enjoying the view. Couldn't be a better place in Lisbon!

There is some street noise so you have to close the windows at night. Otherwise, perfect!

Really well managed apartment hotel. Great location. The building itself was gorgeous and the interior design was really nice. Breakfast was very charming. Hotel staff were terrific in every way - recommended terrific restaurants nearby; met all requests efficiently through WhatsApp.

If I had to say one thing, the door to the bedroom was blocked by the large bed which didn't really bother us as we didn't need it closed. You had to sneak around it to get to the full length mirror.

We enjoyed our stay in this stylish, serviced apartment. It was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly, and a few issues were resolved quickly. The breakfast provided was good, and we especially enjoyed the fresh bread each morning and delicious pancakes! The location is very central and convenient. Overall a lovely stay.

Some prepared fruit or fruit juice would have been a nice addition to the breakfast provided. Some little practicalities could be improved - only one long mirror which was vintage and the glass was distorted so not much use! In the master bedroom a full length mirror and a mirror near a socket for drying hair would be very useful. We weren’t that keen on the chunky glassware and mugs. The shower controls made it difficult to get the temperature right, and the water pressure could have been better. The street and traffic noise was quite loud at night, especially at the weekend (and we’re used to living in a city) but then you are very centrally located. For the cost, some small improvements and upgrades would make it feel better value for money.
