We recently stayed at Next Level Premium Hotels in Lisbon for three days and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. Each morning, We enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast that exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect, situated close to many key attractions and convenient public transport options. Overall, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and We would highly recommend Next Level Premium Hotels to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Extremely good hotel for the price, it was our first in Lisbon, the hotel is located about 20 mins walk from the coast, the staff were very welcoming and helpful, there were pastel de nata in the lobby at all times (I know!!!). The room was clean and had everything we need and the bed was very comfortable Would definitely recommend as a good budget place for Lisbon and would stay there again

Nothing not to like really

The location of the hotel was really good. It was very cozy and the design was amazing. The room and the whole place looked great!

Every day there was exactly the same breakfast. Not too many choices and there were no fresh veggies beside baby tomatoes with mozzarella.

Location was perfect for us. Nearby to metro, tram and bus stops making it easy to get around the city. Was also walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived early and room was not ready, which was fine as we were hours early before check in time. Staff looked after our bags and even dropped them to our room when it was ready! Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Only issue we had was no hot water in the shower one of the mornings. Apart from that I would recommend to stay here. I’d book myself when returning to Lisbon!

The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was great with easy access by subway to and from the airport and to both blue and yellow subway lines, and very walkable to restaurants and shopping. The staff at the front desk were very helpful (Tiago and Alfonso). We loved having snacks and water in our room on arrival!

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Lisbon. The combination of a convenient location, attentive staff, cleanliness, and comfortable rooms with delightful balconies make it a great choice for visitors. I would gladly return for another stay in the future.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious and modern. Beds were very big and comfortable. It was also a great bonus having refillable drinks/water and snacks in the room. Breakfast was also really good quality and had a wide range of food available - and the cappuccino from the machine was amazing!

The only thing was the price of the breakfast. Even though it was all you can eat and really good quality, I probably only ended up eating about €10 or food not €15. We also feel that luggage/suitcases should be kept and looked after free of charge after check out.

Nice friendly staff, had an issue with our safe that was sorted straight away and steamer brought up to our room (had asked for an iron but it’s a modern hotel and guessing these are the latest thing) Breakfast was lovely couldn’t fault it. Nice touch with the sweets and cold drinks on offer near the reception area. Lots of English spoken TV channels.

The bathroom door was glass so when putting the light on in the night it lit the whole bedroom up too, just a shame to disturbed my partner and visa versa. Location good if you like walking it was about a 15 minute walk to get to the main road, where all the tourist stuff began.

Great little hotel with really helpful staff who let us leave our bags even after we'd checked out. Our room was ready when we arrived and they let us in early rather than making us leave our bags after an early flight or pay for early check in. Free coffee was a lovely addition, and the hotel was impeccably clean. Super comfy mattress. High water pressure in the bathroom.

The room itself didn't look quite as upmarket as the pictures – nothing major, but it felt a bit more 'budget' than we were expecting (we'd gone for this one over others because it looked a bit swankier). Just needed a lick of paint and a nice lamp to get it to where we expected though – it was still bright and airy and clean.

Lovely, friendly staff, great welcome. Room was small, which was what we booked, but clean and fresh - comfy bed which was much appreciated after our long days out! Really impressed with the breakfast choice and plentiful coffee on tap. We were on the 6th floor, right by the lift, but really quiet each night. Air conditioning most welcome.

Location meant a walk up hill each evening after coming back via the metro, but great bistro half way! Not many restaurants immediately around us which would have been nice but, again, near the metro so no great issue. In terms of the hotel, couldn't fault it.
