The breakfast was nice. It would have been better if it contained more bread, eggs, ham and cheese and less pastries. The city centre was 30 min away on foot. The bed was comfortable. They cleaned the room every day.

The rooms are situated in an apartment building. When we first got there, we didn't know which building was the right one so we called the manager. It would be better if there was a sign on the door that indicated the name of the accommodation. The walls are thin. There is no sound proofing in rooms. We could hear other guests arrive late in the evening, they would turn on the TV and talk loudly. The earplugs are a necessity.

Great location. Either a 30 minute walk towards the area around the City Centre and old town. Failing that, 3 metro stations all within less than 5 minutes for the respective coloured lines. Lovely breakfast each morning to help start the day

No signage at all so you can easily walk past the building block several times following Google Maps. However, the representative was waiting outside for us which was helpful when we were looking a bit confused and lost!

We are so grateful to Marta for meeting us at such a horribly late hour due to a flight delay - everything was so lovely. Bright, clean room, the BEST shower ever ! And breakfast was great!

The curtains and blinds were quite thin so let a fair amount of light into the room (our room faced a bright sign on a building)

Breakfast was really good, amazing variety and the staff were very accommodating when we asked for them to leave behind some of the breakfast food for the next day as we would be leaving too early to get breakfast served to us. They were very helpful and refilled the cereals and placed more yogurts in the fridge for us.

The shower lost hot water for a few minutes, had to wait a while for it to come back on.

We liked everything about this property. It was located within 100 feet of a metro station and walking distance from some of the museums and parks we wanted to see. The breakfast was great and the free coffee/hot chocolate was a real bonus.

The number on the building is a little hard to see when you are first looking for the property. One more small chair in the room would have been nice.

We were met on the street by Eduardo. During our stay, Eduardo was so very patient with all of our questions and helped us translate from English to Portuguese (ànd back). Before we left, Marta texted details and also answered our many questions. We loved the room with the balcony overlooking the Avenida. The shower was wonderful, the bed was nice and firm. We opted for breakfast everyday and it was plentiful and tasty. We couldn't have beaten the location with a stick!

On one evening, the main elevator went on the fritz. Luckily, another couple went on behind and showed us the secondary elevator. Frankly, this caused me some nervous moments. All the lights in the room were very bright. Perhaps install some bulbs with lower lumens or add dimmer switches. It took us an entire day before we realized there was a fridge. (That's more our oversight.)

Very efficient and clean with excellent facilities and amazing breakfast included.

Just one issue was the coffee. Instead of having a few sachets of coffee available in the room (as normal), one had to use an external coffee machine. Machine coffee was of poor quality and one could only pay for it using an app which I couldn’t use, being from a different part of the world.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room had everything we needed and breakfast was fantastic. The location was also great and was close to different Metro lines and within walking distance of various sights.

We really can't think of anything we didn't like! If we have to say something then the lights beside the bed were quite bright.

Staff were very friendly and provided a great breakfast each morning - simple but substantial and very tasty. Free machine coffee available 24/7 and the apartments felt very safe and secure. Our room was kept clean daily and had a very comfy bed. Great sized bathroom and wonderful balcony that overlooked the main road through Lisbon. Although more in the 'business/corporate' district, the apartments are 1min walk away from the Metro station and it was super quick/cheap to get down to the seafront/other parts of the city from this location. All in all, great value for money and wonderful hosts!

Had a little trouble finding the property and didn't realise that the apartment was within a bigger building that housed other flats, but this wasn't necessarily an issue just perhaps something others should be aware of when booking.

Very nice personnel and very clean apartments. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Not so easy to find. A sign would have helped.
