It’s a very complete accommodation. The shower in the bathroom was great (I mention this because in many places, the shower is terrible). The room has a kitchenette, fully equipped! It’s located just 1 minute from the São Bento metro station and close to the Time Out Market.

The only complaint I have is about the noise from other guests. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and the guests in the room below had a terrace with tables, so they stayed up late chatting. Even with the windows closed, it felt like we were part of their conversation. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Central location! We had a car but we barely drove and we walked everywhere! Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance and we love to walk. Easy check-in and access to the building. Very clean and had everything we needed.

The form we had to fill online to check-in 😅 I wish there was an easier solution but it is what it is. The room was small and we couldn't even open our one suitcase properly but not a deal breaker. Parking was difficult but we got lucky.

Location was very good near to train station and main market. There was locker facility ( subject to availability) and when collecting our luggage we could use the toilet and seating area to put stuff in our bags before leaving the place .They also allowed us to check in 2hours earlier in one apartment which is really kind.

No receptionist on the site though they were available on the phone to help. We booked the apartment hoping to have more facilities. But found out the room does only have a kettle, two cups and a tea bag. No glass or spare tea/coffee bags. No separate dustbin in the room . I think adding those items could have made this place an ideal place.

Bedroom is clean but small (you can barely put your luggages without walking on them), but that's enough for just sleeping and shower. If you need space, this is not for you. Staff friendly and helpful but... not on site. They have free lockers which is also quite nice if you need.

No human staff there, obliged to call a number for any support which complicates discussion. The heating system is centralised and cannot be turned differently than than the default (you can heat or cool, but it depends on the season and not what you want it to be, which can be problematic at some period of the year).

Really close to Sao Bento train station. We only had a one night stop as we were travelling on and it was perfect. All the lockers were full and the lovely cleaner let us leave our stuff in her room while we popped out for coffee

The room was very small; were very tall so a little challenge. But fit for a flying visit. People were locking the lockers before putting anything in them - meaning we couldn’t use them when we needed them.

Check-in was all done online, super easy (you will need to send them a photo of your ID as it is required by law). Getting into the building is easy: they will send you the code to the entrance and to your room too. There was a little communal area, like a living room - I did not use it though. The room was small but looked pretty good, with a big bed, a tiny desk in the corner and a TV. The bathroom was clean, shower was great. I've had a tiny terrace as well, although it was surrounded by high walls/buildings, so there was no view, but it would have been good to have a morning coffee or something. Location is excellent: 5-10 minutes walk from the Se do Porto cathedral - the starting point of the Camino Portuges, and the same from Luís I Bridge.

This is a 100% recommendable place. It was one of my best vacations. It is in a super well located, super clean, super well attended by the person who helps you in the apartment. The cleaning staff is also very good. You have everything. Totally 100% recommendable. I will return to that place very soon. A few meters away, you have bars, restaurants and a beautiful view of downtown Porto.

Was a big room, the bathroom, location really close to sao bento that is good to make the day trips to Braga/Guimaraes/Aveiro, comfortable bed and easy to check in and check out

Ac wasnt working, I had nights that where were drenched in sweat, it had some things broken and wasnt sound proof. I literally heard the birds.

Great location, everything was in the walking distance and you have many possibile breakfast places around the hotel. Our room was very clean and the hotel in general was nice. Online check-in was also really easy and the discount ticket for parking was waiting us in the room when we arrived. If you need it, contact the hotel before your arrival.

The room was super small, so it was a bit difficult to move in the room even if there were only two people staying there. Luckily we traveled with hand luggage only - big luggage could have been problematic there. Also, we got wrong information about the parking discount ticket. The parking with the discount was 10 e/24 hrs instead of informed 8e.

Prior to arrival I liked the fact that I was sent a text with all the check in process. When I got to my room I liked how clean it was and the fact that there was a drinks facility in the room. I also liked the fact that there was a lift in the property that allowed me to get to my room easy with hand luggage. The property is very central to the train station which was nice and other touristy things to do in Porto. I liked the fact the room had shower and towel facilities extra pillows and blankets

I think the property should have a bar or a vending machine so that people can purchase drinks ie water. It would have been good if there was information about what there is to do in Porto and the top places proper should visitor leaflets
