The room was very good relation price/comfort. I had booked the room with Jacuzzi and everything was clean. The bed very comfortable. The room temperature was good as well. Fairly close to the central area. The terrace coming together with the room was a nice surprise.

It was challenging going uphill while coming to the room :)

Exceptionally clean. Staff extremely helpful . They even loaned me a kettle for my room for the duration of my stay. Close to the metro.

Location was a little out. While it was located on Catarina rua it was at the furthest end of it.

Room was looking nice, bed was comfortable to sleep. Extra points for the shower which had a really good pressure to wash your hair! Hotel had a good location, not too close to the city center so that it's calm and quiet but still a walking distance.

Otherwise room was super clean, but piles of dust behind the TV which can cause a fire safety risk. Room could have a kettle to make coffee and tea, since they don't serve breakfast at the moment.

New hotel, super clean, modern, quiet and well furnished rooms with fridge, kettle etc. good bathrooms, lift and car park if needed. Receptionists all spoke excellent English and very helpful. 5 minute walk from Marques metro station. Cheap cab fare to both main railway stations. 20 min downhill walk to historic centre.

No bar/restaurant in hotel (doesn't bother us really) but no bars or restaurants in immediate area, but a 10 minute walk fixes that.. it's a 20 minute walk from main railway station and historic centre or 30 minutes from the river but it is uphill all the w ay, so if you've got luggage, get a cab/Uber or use the metro!

Small Hotel about 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station, and around 20 minutes walk from the Porto waterfront. Room was clean and tidy, with a huge bathroom, with both bath and shower. Room had Kettle and Mini Fridge. Reception staff friendly and helpful, even when my arrival was delayed until midnight.

The hotel doesn't offer breakfast (this is clear in the booking and not a major issue, but it would be a way to inprove the overall rating). Although there is kettle and cups in the room, I only had a single tea bag and no coffee, so remember to bring your own.

Staff was very nice, informative and helpfull, showing us on the map the main attractions and suggesting nice spots to see, things to do and places to eat (with local must-try delicacies). The room was nice despite being a little small, and it was very silent. Parking was free of charge. Location was ok, half an hour walk up the hills from the hystoric centre and the river, but close to some metro stations.

Breakfast was not included (I thought it was, 'cause I usually book rooms with breakfast included), but for 5 euros you could eat enough. The first lift made jolts every time we used it, both going up and going down, at some point I feared it was going to stop with us inside...

In its category this is a really an excellent hotel for a short stay. I needed a place with the parking not far from the center. And I made the right choice. I was nicely surprised with the room - it was very clean n spacious with good shower n comfortable bed. The parking is tight but still you can manage it and the car is secured all the time. The location is also fine, 20 minutes walking distance from the very center. I never took a taxi or metro, just enjoyed the walk.

The only thing I would mention is the poor soundproof. You can hear your neighbor especially those who are above.

Location is too steep to walk to from the centre. A metro is not that far but we used Bolt as there were 3 of us and it was super cheap. They gave us a room 101 with no TV then later after we had unpacked moved us to a smaller room 102 with a TV. It was a hot day but their aircond was only producing hot air as it was not a summer season. The rooms were overseeing a road so we couldn't open the windows. Thus it was very hot in the room the night we stayed. Not very pleasant. They said or triple room oversee the road. But if you have a double room do ask for one looking at the opposite direction. There are several good places to have a breakfast towards the nearest metro station. Overall not bad but there must be better places for 69 euros for 3.

Friendly welcome and very helpful staff. The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. It was easy to find from the Metro station.

The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful in providing information on places to visit and how to get there. They also helped with suggested restaurants and called to check availability for me. The room was also a good size, well maintained and very clean. The price was also very reasonable and I would be very happy to stay there again in the future.
