Located close to train station and tram link in a very quiet area. 20 minute walk from Koln Cathedral and the old town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar was available 24 hours. Bed very comfortable, plenty of storage space and good size en-suite bathroom.

I had a problem with my sink, where the plug wouldn`t come out so water wouldn`t drain away. When I reported it to reception they told me that they wouldn`t have the necessary staff on-site who would be able to fix the issue for the remainder of my stay (two days) so it had to stay as it was. So, for the rest of my stay, every time I had to use the sink I then had to scoop water out of the bowl using a glass and throw it down the loo. Not a major issue but disappointing that a name hotel wouldn`t have a handyman on-site \ on-call.

The rooms were nice, heating was working very well and staff was nice when we needed. The location was good, tram station was about 7 minutes walk and train station was about 15 minutes walk. We went during Christmas Markets' period, so we had a free bus in P22, a parking right next to the hotel, that was taking us to Heumarkt. We didn't opt for breakfast to be included. Parking was 17 EUR/day, in an underground parking, very safe and with direct access in the hotel.

Everything was nice. Perhaps the breakfast and parking prices could be lower.

Excellent location for the arena 10 minute walk. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Excellent bathroom pod with very good hairdryer ..bright. .full length mirror in bedroom. Comfy and clean. 10 minute taxi to the cathedral or 2 minute walk to tram stop.Very happy with our stay. Would highly recommend if you have a concert or even staying for a shopping weekend in Cologne.

A bit more choice for dinner would have been great. Breakfast - nice buffet ....perhaps more 10 to 12 euros and not 15 per person...but nowadays it is what you pay.

The staff were fantastic and really accomodating - I managed to get an early check in around 10am despite check in typically being in the afternoon. The hotel was generally quiet and super comfortable.

I thought that the breakfast was a little overpriced for what it was in terms of range/quality. The pillows weren't very firm, it would have been nice to have extras kept in the room.

Great location, right next to the tram and and train station so very easy to travel anywhere. Its only a 30mins walk to Cologne central, a nice walk across the bridge. Hotel staff were very friendly, easy going and we received great service from them. The rooms were standard, you get what you pay.

The AC is automatic based on outside temperature- even though the windows were open it did feel a bit stuffy in the room. Also would be great to have tea facilities as stated when booking.

Nice quiet hotel with a lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Perfectly located for our needs (visiting family)

Although the location was perfect for us, beware it is very busy outside with trams and trains running all night. Soundproofing is great but you might have a problem if you need to sleep with the window open.

An ordinary, not very new hotel. Located quite close to the center, there are not many bars or cafes and shops around. It's a 20-25 minute walk to the nearest one. The room is normal in size, very compact bathroom. View from the window of other hotels. Quite quiet. Big table.

No kettle, tea or sugar. There are no food stores around. No water in the room.

I had the light making lot of noise (maybe broken ) There were not enough sockets in the room

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!! Also, the location of the hotel was within walking distance of where we needed to be so that was very convenient. Additionally, the breakfast was quite plentiful and varied.

Although it served our purposes wonderfully, the room was a bit on the small side. There was only one outlet for charging electronic devices and it was in an awkward position on the wall.

The rooms are basic but all you need for a shower stay. we enjoyed breakfast and the trams are close to access into the Christmas Markets.
