The 1st apartment we got has plenty of problems that the stove takes about 30mins to just boil the water, curtains don't block the sunlight well, phone and internet didn't work etc... After we talked to the front desk which was very nice to move us to a much better room for the remaining stay. -One-bedroom apartment is very clean but with outdated furniture, bathroom is nice but shower area is very small comparing to the size of 5he toilet, comfortable bed, pillows and blankets. Kitchen has the basic equipment to cook, kettle, coffee machine, blender and toaster but all are old. -Front desk staff and housekeepers are very nice, polite and helpful especially after the strong thunderstorm. -Gym is a plus, big with very new and nice equipment -Swimming pool area is very nice, big terrace seating area with resort type of feeling. -Not much around with some small convenient stores, restaurants and cafes. Supermarkets like Carrefour are far without a car. Airport is about 20-25km away, bus 41 brings you to the Souk and bus 23 to the Bahrain Fort.

-Big thunderstorm in the area and we had several leaks in the apartment, believe hotel should doma better maintenance work before, but not after the bad weather. -TV has no international channels

The apartment was large and well furnished. The pool was large and clean with a great pool bar and huge screen for watching events. Food can be ordered pool/bar side. The gym was very well equipped with lots of modern machines and weight stations. I was given an early check-in which after an overnight flight was very welcome. Groceries are available from a store about 30m from the hotel entrance.

A few more utensils in the kitchen in the apartment would have been useful.

The room was very nice, it has two comfy leather seats too along with stools for catering. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the reception desk too. The parking is beside the hotel but it is big. I will definitely come back again. The Bahrini receptionist was very nice and gave me advices too.

I had an argument with one of the night shift receptionists regards and extra bedding for my kid, he was a bit stubborn but after a couple of minutes he provided it, to be honest nothing else but better to re insist upon arrival.

The location of the property is phenomenal. It is a convenient place to reach out to various offices and malls.

The building is a bit old with a lot electrical sockets are loose which pose difficulty in using electrical appliances.

Old school large hotel well taken care of. Very friendly and competent staff. Large, comfortable, well equipped room. Lovely large as well as small kiddies pool. Great restaurant and pirate themed bar on the premises.

They could be more generous with drinking water. Two small bottles per day is not enough. What does it cost to put a 5 gal water in the room?

Nice hotel and peaceful area. Car parking was available at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Ms. Anita who made the check in process fast. Overall it was a pleasant stay. There is a supermarket adjoining the hotel if you need to get any essentials. Good pool, water was cold though.

Nothing much to complain. We stayed in a two room apartment. The main bathroom sink and tub seemed to be getting clogged up but not a major issue. The hotel has a good restaurant, but is a bit expensive. There aren't any other restaurants close by.

The location was fantastic, easy to get to, very safe. Staff were absolutely lovely. Room was huge and really good value for money. Really nice comforting stay for our first night in bahrain. Would recommend.

Nothing! really pleasantly surprised with the facilities and hospitality on the basis that it was quite cheap and so we had low expectations. This hotel really did impress us. No negatives to mention.

We stayed for 5 days and so far they have the Best location, near malls, restaurants, cafes, gasoline station and small stores if you need some emergency food, water etc. room was clean when we checked in, perfect to stay with the family.

we didn’t like breakfast at all. We just ate on our first day morning. It was horrible. since we have some kitchenette we both some groceries for breakfast and cook in our room. Way better. Furniture and appliances like stove needs to upgrade.

We stayed for 10 days with a family of 6 and truly enjoyed our stay. Contrary to other reviews the internet connection was completely sufficient and there was no noise around the pool to wake us in the morning. The 3 bedroom apartment we rented was very spacious, the beds comfortable, the room service extremely polied and effective and the reception was very helpful.

The only two things I can think of are a lack of towels - we generally were given just one towel per person - and the quality of the hotel breakfast which was okay.

water in shower was never hot. when we left the hotel we needed a trash can to throw a “green” bottle and other items (trash). When we asked security for a trash can he said alcohol was not allowed in the hotel. He assumed it was alcohol because the bottle was green - it was a non-alcoholic beverage bottle! I don’t appreciate the judgement at all. show us the trash can 🗑️ cos that’s what we needed and what was asked. other comments can lead you to trouble
