The hotel is in a good location and easy access to the high street and a lot of historical sites. The gym and sauna are good to have. The breakfast is a mix of Turkish and continental, a good standard. If you are someone who wants to use the bar, restaurant or casino this hotel is perfect. It was a nice touch to have a letter in the room from from the manager welcoming me to the hotel and complimentary biscuits.

The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. When I last stayed there the wooden floor was creaky and now its moving and uneven. There are a lot of reviews about the run down conditions of the hotel and I can't disagree with them but during my stay refurbishments works had started on the floors and decor leaving me with high hopes for my next stay.

Hi everyone! I wanted to share my review of the hotel I stayed at. When I first arrived, the room I was given didn't meet my expectations. I asked for a room change, but unfortunately, all the other luxury rooms were occupied due to an event happening at the hotel. I was ready to look for another hotel, but the General Manager found a solution for me. They gave me a simply perfect room that was even higher in class. When I offered to pay extra, the manager told me it wasn't necessary and that a satisfied customer is their top priority. It was so pleasant, and I wish all other hotels treated people and clients the same way.

Great location and very spacious room! Restaurant Victoria was very nice and convenient too. Indoor Pool was great too! We wish the outside pool was open but it was in renovations. Room was spacious and was very clean! We would stay again when in Plovdiv! Recommended!

Only that the outside pool was closed and that possibly they should look at replacing some of the soft furniture as it looks dated but still we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is quite big, centrally located (perfect for walks on foot), offers breakfast, a pool and a casino. The room was quite spacious, clean, with quite big beds and offered everything we needed. The bathroom was also in good but not perfect condition.

The facilities are a bit old and there are spots with too much dust (like the hydraulic panel in the bathroom). The pool may be dirty sometimes due to pigeons and other birds that land there to drink water. The breakfast was very poor and of bad quality for such a hotel . There is a buffet, so there is plenty food but the quality is not even medium.

The breakfast has been prepared with fresh items We enjoyed it so much The hotel location is great you can step through hotel stair at the main shopping street.

Some of the reception staff hasn’t know how to check if breakfast included or not , Luckily Mss Eylul managed properly reservation records and approved that breakfast included. We would like to thanks for her great politeness and do her tasks professionally.

The location us very very good, just in the center of the town. There is a parking in the front of the hotel which is 10 lv per day. The staff was extremely polite. The pool is nice.

The hotel needs renovation for sure. It is clean but still there are very old parts. The price is too high for the old furniture and bathrooms.

The hotel is located in the city center close to almost every tourist sightseeing. The room was spacious and clean. It has an amazing indoor pool built over Roman ruins.

Not enough parking spaces. The mattress was really hard and I woke up with back pain.

We liked the location and the building architecture is very interesting also the casino is pretty cool

You need swimming hats for the pool and people should be warned. Also there are children swimming lessons which may make the pool overcrowded but they are only for few hours everyday so check the schedule.

Hotel is at the real centre and this can not be challenged breakfast restaurant facilities excellent foos is super just for these may come again wonderful staff

The location is perfect. I was accomodated in a renewed room! Very good. Clean. Mini bar was empty but instead i received a welcome letter and water as a welcome drink. Hotel has much improved its services

I do not like the coffee and in general the breakfast can be improved
