The room had a wonderful view once it stopped raining, it had great shower (not that great in a company of two friends), breakfast was also great, maybe a little more choices when it comes to sausages and pastries (there was just bread, I would appreciate any sort of whole seed or different kind of bread or a bun) The pool was very nice, not too big, but with a ideal temperature and not too much chlorine

The sofa didn't feel very stable to sleep on, a slight movement created a lot of noise and the middle part felt that it will either collapse or close on itself when I moved or changed my sleeping position. Also I would love any form of door seal when it comes to toilet, having a glass door only with a lot of space around the door isn't very nice. If possible a curtain that could be used to close off the shower wall, it is kinda see through in the morning under the sunlight and not ideal for a room full of 3 straight men.

I liked the breakfast a lot because there was variation. If you spend several days somewhere then it is good if there are different things to eat on different days. The location was good - metro station is reletively close and I loved that from my window I saw a big park, it made me feel like I was not in the middle of a big city.

The walls are thin, for example I was able to hear people next room talking on the phone. Turning on the TV solved that problem.

Great room, very stylish and modern. Really nice view (if you have luck to be on a higher floor and on the better hotel sides). Great, huge bed, very nice bathroom with hot water all the time. Everything that you might need is present and I will definately visit again if I need similar stay.

It's a great room overall, but for a deluxe, modern and renovated one I think it should be a little bit more clean - dust and dirty footprints on the floor. A lot of dust below the desk. Finger drawings on the bathroom mirrors and glasses. Broken water jug. VERY limited tv channels, missing even the national ones. Missing towel and very low heating (probably general for the whole hotel, because of the warmer weather outside).

The location was good, near to the university. There was a parking place at the property and it was free of charge. The breakfast was very tasty, various and for all claims. The coffee was very good. The apartment for 3 people was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and a living room. Also, there were 2 TV sets in the apartment and coffee and tea for 3 people. Spa retreat was available (extra charge).

The daily cleaning was not done. There wasn't any recycle bin in the room.

Second time here and had a great stay. Big modern room. Very big and comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Invoice provided. Free parking near the University. Big green park in front of the hotel. Coffee machine in the room. Nice view over the city. Lots of sunshine in the morning, but there are blackout curtains if you need.

No slippers and bathrobes so you can't go decent at the swimming pool. Empty minibar. No shops or restaurants in proximity. You have to walk for at least 10-15 min or more for a restaurant or metro station. Far from city center.

The spa was beautiful. The hotel had a very tranquil feel about it, located right by a park. Our room was amazing overlooking the park with a lounge area as we were there a week. The wifi worked brilliantly from everywhere in the hotel. The receptionist was very professional and went over and above to change our accommodation.

They had no evening restaurant only breakfast was supplied which had a good choice. Initially when we checked in, we were given a very small room, however within the hour we were moved swiftly into our larger accommodation so this professionalism we liked very much.

Hotel itself, workforce as such! Phantastic breakfast, very good restaurant. Nice wellness.

Terrible Wi Fi, no ATM, almost nothing to buy in the hotel, that claims to be business one. And almost impossible to call during the night the reception.

Quite a nice city hotel, easy to find and with a large parking. Room was fine for five of us, with all necessary amenities provided. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night, so we cannot say anything more than that.

Having lived in Sofia for years in the past, I have recently come around staying in hotels. I tried a few before and they are all either terribly priced or run-down. Not Vitosha Park Hotel! I was genuinely impressed with the hotel management, given that it is one of the older big hotels in the city. All premises are super large and spacious. The lobby is grand, yet cosy. Rooms are spotless clean and have everything you need. There was practically no wear and tear in my room which, again, was surprising given the age of the property. There is also free secure parking. For the £40 I paid for my room, this is excellent value for a European capital!

Unfortunately the room wasn’t so clean.There were cigarette ash on the floor below the window and also when you open the window. In the bathroom above the shower system there was soap from previous guests and quite a bit of dust on the furniture.Also the guy at the reception was expressionless he doesn't even look at you and answered with grimaces
