We did go for breakfast. However we did have supper in the Seasons Restaurant and service was excellent, they were busy, our food arrived hot and delicious. The only disappointing part was the elevator down to the pool area was out of service and we weren’t comfortable having to walk through the end of the lobby area and down some stairs to get to the pool area. Other than that it was an excellent stay and we will definitely stay there again.

I haven’t been able to move the disappointing point of our stay from above question.

Exceptional -staffing great team work - Management - consistence, Rooms clean and super comfortable for the value it's absolutely a stealer! Definitely repeat and recommend!!.. Super committed, hard working and very pleasant Team .Always room for improvement

, Always room for improvement , that's yet to come !! Its's definitely a family affair , but would consider grouping teens and school group in the same vicinity away from singles and adult family ! Just a constructive observation .

Comfortable beds, a deep bathtub in the room, a nice saltwater pool, buffet-style breakfast, fantastic price (maybe not others’ opinion, but we’re from Ontario and are used to nearly $200-$300/night hotels of comparable or even worse quality, so this was a STEAL!) I also liked that you needed to use your room card to use the elevator… it made us feel more safe.

We noticed a few (fruit?) flies, and the elevator was stifling hot, but otherwise it was a very good experience.

The young lady at the front desk was amazing. She helped me through a really difficult time. Getting documents for me and making the time to make sure that I got everything that I needed. The young man who did the night duty was a totally different story. Attempted to not want to do anything and complained when he had to. Kudos to the young lady. You made my stay so much better and it's a difficult time.

The restaurant was closed.

Price and ease of checking in and out rooms are comfortable

The buffet breakfast doesn’t really offer much alternative for those with dietary restrictions so i ended up eating outside of the hotel condition of the furniture in the room needs fixing or replaced (dresser doors wouldn’t stay closed fridge missing the level footpads tilted forward and hard to open cleanliness along foot of bed has clumps of animal hair and dust and dirt

Wonderful breakfast with helpful staff. We ate lunch for 3 of us the beef dip was just the right size and the liver was great with bacon. Just wish I could have visited the pool it looked good.

I wish that we could get breakfast for each of us in the room..i guess 2 breakfast out of three was enough. We had an episode where fries were left on floor. The front desk cleaned it herself. She did wonderful job.

Anna , front desk girl was AMAZING, I am a business owner/ customer service manager and she would be a immediate hire for me! Definite asset to your business.

Cleaning staff didn't make effort to say hello, spoke in foreign language and didn't make the customers feel like customers .. more a nuisance and in their way. Restaurant was a big let down. Not enough staff to run smoothly. Food was dry, staff didn't speak good English.

Clean. The rooms were super quiet so I was able to get a sound sleep. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful too. Very helpful staff. Harnoor, Cloey….i wish I could remember all their names…all super friendly and very professional.

Nothing. It was perfect. Did what it needed to do which was give me a haven and allow me to have a great sleep in a clean and safe environment.

I like that it is surrounded by nearby grocery, convenient store, pharmacy and restaurants.

The management of breakfast for guests. It is the first time that I have encountered with a Best Western facility that is not buffet style/self serve breakfast and with very lengthy wait (20-30 minutes wait) before the food could be served. But otherwise the dinning staff were courteous, considerate and punctual in getting our orders.

The welcome staff at the desk (Alisha) was very friendly and made check-in smooth and quick. Room and bed were good, would have been nice if there was a hot tub and/or sauna with the pool. But otherwise cool that it was salt-water.

The breakfast options were not good, the same eggs every morning, not well labeled so I was often doubtful on which was vegeterian or not. It would have been nice to see other hot food options such as omelets, home fries, etc.
