Breakfast was amazing, clean, many choices We loved it

We booked half board & dinner was in a restaurant inside the hotel with entertainment. Didn’t like the idea to pay for water & any drinks alcoholic or non-alcoholic. We also had to pay for an additional entertainment tax on top. Preferred to have a quiet dinner. They told us if we don’t want to watch n pay for the entertainment the other option is to send dinner to our room. A demeaning option

Beautiful 5 star hotel. Security at entrance for cars and also as you walk in. From the moment you enter, you know you are in a first class hotel. The staff are friendly, professional, and trained to accommodate their guests. Lovely shops, coffee shop, lounge for coffee and delicious pastries. The room had a perfect view of the Nile. Our beds were very comfortable with quality linens. The breakfast was exceptional with tremendous offerings. Bonus was to be steps away from the musuem.

I don't believe it was mentioned on booking.com that the room with balcony was on a smoking floor. We were informed at check in and were given another room, without balcony but it was fine.

It was beautiful, great service and thank you for giving me the lounge upgrade at a special price that was the worth the whole trip by the way. Service and attention was amazing and the team staff on our floor Abdullah and abdulrahman were exceptional cleaning service and the food is spectacular with amazing show and reception was fantastic!

The fact that the shows are only on Thursday and Friday and that means you have to book on these days !

We had a phenomenal 4-day stay at the Nile Ritz Carlton last week. In particular, this was the best service from staff I’ve ever received in a hotel; it really felt like every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. Our two young children had a wonderful time, and connecting rooms overlooking the Nile was the perfect set-up for our sleeping arrangements. Super comfy beds and pillows. Pool was great, lunch in the lobby bar was very reasonably-priced and delicious, and we really enjoyed the dinner buffet in Culina.

everything was exceptional from the reception who offer me the room before the check-in time though I know the hotel was fully occupied, the fast response from housekeeping & their dedication specially Mr. Nooreldeen & Mr. Tariq who both were assigned in 3rd floor during my stay. overall safety in the hotel and it was not my first time & definitely not the last.

the money value is too high comparing to same level hotel in other countries

Top floor restaurant not quite upto standard compared to the other restaurants at the hotel. Music in the evening on the stage at the hotel garden was too loud. Even on the 8th floor it kept us awake. We do not blame the hotel for the street/traffic noise all around the hotel.

Kindest and most helpful staff members ever from reception, dining, housekeeping etc, couldn’t praise them enough. Massive breakfast selection which was great.

Decor of the room was very dated for what you’re paying for. Was very noisy late at night due to a wedding reception I think happening down stairs and I just was unfortunate to have a group of girls in the room next door that were very loud and drunk.

Staff always harassing you for tips. If you don´t speak Arabic is very difficult for the staff to understand your requirements particularly in the restaurants

Extremely comfortable room with unbeatable Nile river view. We had an 8pm flight on our departure date and we’re offered a late check out which was wonderful and so appreciated. ThNk you Ritz Carlton staff. The pool area was fabulous and the food excellent. This is a true oasis in the heart of Cairo and right next to the museum. There is no smoking on site and no smell of cigarette smoke unlike other hotels in Cairo

first, i would like to thank Ritz Hotel team for their nice hospitality, and the breakfast was amazing, the varulites and the caring i had from the staff was soo good. I'm looking forward to comeback and stay longer

if you can allow me to say, the prices for small small things should be look at it again. if I'm staying on the hotel and sit in the coffee shop, i should have a better prices than what the pass by guest. i cant asking for one coffee, i have to pay 150 LE for it. just please look at it carefully.
