Loved it being on the lake

Breakfast was okay wish they would’ve offered creamers and not foam plates and the pancake machine was broken out last day

I liked the staff there, every one was nice and courteous. The location was great and although it was too cold to be outside I loved the lake. Everything was nice and clean. Not just the room but the whole place, dining room, Hallways and even outside was nice and clean considering the season. I normally visit Wyndham when traveling and I'd rate this one overall as one of the best because of the atmosphere and price.

The only thing I didn't like is that we didn't have more time and the weather didn't allow us to spend time outside which had nothing to do with Baymont. We were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary and I can't say that we found anything bad to say about our stay.

The hotel was nice, but it was not as close to the downtown that I was expecting

I accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong weekend .. after I realized that I canceled the booking and booked it for next weekend. I called the number on website and they assured me that I’ll get reimbursed but never got my money back even though they said it’s gonna take 5 to 7 business days It’s been few weeks now Hotel is nice but I think I should be able to get my money back for 2 nights I didn’t stay there ( I did pay for a weekend that I went to Hot Springs, so basically I paid for 4 nights and only stayed 2 nights

It was a great location. I could get to anywhere from there, a straight shot! It was very comfortable, clean and cool. I rested very well with no noise from upstairs or next door..it was great! The staff was very friendly and they had all kinds of ideas and brochures on where to go, see and do. The breakfast was a great way to start my day, there was a good variety and it was tasty. Then I would go out by the lake and enjoy the morning. I had my little dog, Abby with me, and there was plenty of grass and room for her to run around. The staff was friendly to her as well. After a long day, the sun setting and the colors out back on the water was beautiful. If there had been a restaurant open ( They were working on the Mexican Restaurant next door) it would have been perfect my last couple of days.. I got tired looking for somewhere to eat dinner. But the Hotel.. I would come back again and again..and recommend

Hard to figure out how to turn the shower on. Our traveling companions (staying in another room) couldn’t figured out how it worked so they did not take showers. On the last day of our stay the elevator broke down. This left us older folks and our handicapped family companions stranded on the fourth floor. The Front desk did have someone come in to help with luggage but by the time they arrived we where leaving. Friendly and apologetic staff. Finally figured out that if you took and pulled an inner piece that is up in the bath tub faucet the shower would work. Tricky

The property was clean except when we moved one of the chairs in the room. Can tell no one had moved and swept under in, in a few stays. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Heard the pool was great but we did not go in but the area was nice and clean.

Must have been a storm before we came, at some point. The street level hotel sign was knocked over and it was very hard to locate the entrance road, to the hotel. Not extremely important but the staff rarely acknowledged our presence when we were in the lobby. Was not crazy about the soap, they supply us, in the shower area, it was so tiny. Was told they would fill the body wash bottle but it never was done. Ice machine was out of order on the 4th floor so had to go down, to get ice which was a little inconvenient.

Beautiful view, balcony, one of the ladies was great! Enjoyed the pool and the cabana.

The lake shore has a lot of trash and gross debris. One of the ladies in the evening would be on her phone most of the time and would not pay attention when we would walk up to the desk. We asked for pool towels and she told us to use the ones in our rooms, knowing well that after the pool those towels would be soaked and couldn't use them after our shower .... It didn't make sense for us to go back upstairs to our room and get it bath towels to use at the pool... She didn't seem to want to get off the chair and her phone . Our tub didn't drain, and was full of sand and such... Online it showed a bar to get drinks, that was closed.

I stayed here with my grandson for the November 8, 2024 Total Eclipse. I have PTSD and was looking for a relaxing atmosphere for us and my service dog Willie to rejuvenate close enough to enjoy the hustle and bustle of downtown. They did not disappoint! It was immediately apparent that it was a friendly, relaxing, and family appropriate property. We especially enjoyed the guest only deck/dock/swimming area. At a time when Hot Springs was swarmed with tourists there to view the eclipse we had an incredible guest only place to view the eclipse with the family of the owners. We loved it! It couldn’t have been more perfect! They even put out soda on ice for us which they didn’t have to do but showed their kindness and hospitality. Breakfast was included which had an amazing variety of hot and cold choices… eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, pancakes, pastries, yogurt, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, juices, milk, and coffee. My grandson is a picky eater and found more than enough to love and fill his tummy. The hotel is the perfect size to have plenty of amenities (including a little shop with snacks) but not so big that it’s overcrowded in the common areas. Although the prices of all hotels was increased during the eclipse it was still very reasonable. We arrived in Hot Springs a little after noon and weren’t due to check in until 5pm. Because the room was already cleaned they allowed us to check in early. This was much appreciated after having been driving for several hours to get there. I have nothing but positive things to remember and share about them. We have definitely found our “home away from home” when we visit Hot Springs!

We were greeted with very nice employees Lena checked us in Arpita was very nice to me and my grandkids even gave them turtle food to feed the turtles. Brandy and Rhonda also made our stay very pleasurable enjoyed talking to them. There were many choices for breakfast it was nice to take the grand kids down to eat and then go out and feed the turtle or go fishing, The owner Paul was very nice as well my grandson left him a plastic duck for his jeep. we enjoyed our time at this location and will be back. Thank you !!

We really enjoyed our stay very much. We were impressed with the cleanliness, the staff were wonderful. Our room was amazing, they give us 6 pillows ( that just never happens lol ) we actually stayed in the room more than anything it was so comfortable and roomy we just felt very at home . We have stayed at other places higher in price and this one exceeded our expectations. Definitely will go back .

The only thing I found was the tub could use a re caulking ( this is mostly my OCD) that was it
