Bed was really nice: right amount of firmness and softness co-existing. Nice pool area with friendly staffs to take care of needs. Spa was relaxing and helpful in relieving stress. Restaurants exceeded my expectation in both taste and wine selections.

2 things: 1. The location is not the best so at night times it is not easy to find snacks. 2. The floor in a shower booth is a little slippery so some thing should be done.

The hotel is very stylish and modern, with newly decorated rooms. We really enjoyed our breakfasts and staff was very friendly throughout the hotel. Great place to stay if you have a car and spending time elsewhere in LA.

Location, but that was known in advance. Not much to do in this area, only to get in the car and drive away.

The facility is amazing. Everything is clean and modern. Room is super clean and minimalist. Beds are very comfortable. Best showers with your option of waterfall shower. Food and bar is excellent. Great location across from the symphony hall; awesome views from high floors. With all that being said the staff is probably the best part! Some of the most genuinely professional and courteous people I've experienced at any hotel in my life (and I'm in the hotel industry! The staff truly make this hotel glow with the effort they put into making a stay great. Thanks so much for each and every one of you for your hospitality. We will be back!

Room service orders could be plated a little nicer by the cooks as room service is pricey it should reflect that price for the dish. A little garnish or something... Touch panel in bathroom wasn't working in our room 1210, But still a wonderful stay overall those are really the only things.

The location was perfect, the view from the room was very satisfying and the bathroom ambience was awesome, felt peaceful.

there were no specific hand washes. When we went for breakfast as we had the kid, waiting outside if someone would come, as we had a kid who was hungry, we went inside thought we can order but we were told to get up and wait outside, and then had to go inside Why don't they have people on rotation, if someone goes inside to take guests for table, someone should be outside to take orders. unpleasant experience it was.

The space was beautiful, the staff was attentive. Our rooms were emasculate with every type of lighting option, great water pressure and pristine. The turn down service was offered. This is the place to stay if I want to relax. The pool was great !

I wish there were a few more breakfast options

Nice modern new hotel across the street from disney hall. It's in downtown but nice and clean area. I stayed here because I ran LA marathon so it was relatively close to the start point which is a Dodger stadium. I loved the room. I had a chance to check one of two restaurants on the lobby floor and it was amazing, food and service everything I highly recommend!

I couldn't go to spa since it was booked. Parking isn't free, around $50 per day which is OKAY i guess.

We liked the interior design of the hotel (both of the common areas like the reception, restaurants, terrace, and bar, but also of the room), the attention to detail and friendliness of staff, the food (both breakfast and dinner), the heating outdoor pool, the turndown service.

We would have appreciated a jacuzzi and more variety of activities at the spa.

I enjoyed the friendly staff and how attentive they were! Extremely fast room service etc. Mr.Terry/ front desk receptionist from Little Rock- was Extremely friendly!!😉😉

Only complaint- the hot water doesn't get super hot. Even after you push the safety button it still wasn't super hot.

The Modern Facilities and Décor as well as the Outside Spots!

Parking is far too Expensive and Breakfast Options could be more optimized for the European Visitors

Breakfast was the best meal there. Location was good. Alittle far in traffic to some of the major site seeing destinations but the hotel itself made up for that. We loved it!

The only thing we found alittle lacking was the food options. The room service menu didn’t have much choice.
