Location- convenience to get around by Lynx/i-trolley from/to airport, seaworld, magic kingdom, universal orlando. Walking distance to CVS, whole foods, fast restaurants ie mcdonalds, popeyes, etc

Be careful about cheaper tickets to universal orlando by the Wydham club staff opposite the reception area. Too good to be true. The fact that the hotel reception gave me “a complementary welcome pack voucher” and not knowing what it was tells a lot! Yes, you Ashley! When i asked for clarification about the voucher her face and toned changed and saying she know nothing about it. Why would you give to your hotel guests in the first place if you dont know whether it’s a scam or not? Also, writing your name on the voucher? You probably get some commissions on that too right? Disgusting! Please google about wyndham club timeshare everyone.

there are NO microwaves in the rooms. You will have to walk to the lobby to use one of the two microwaves...(make sure to have your own container.) Breakfast is good, could be better if the fruit were fresh and not from a can and if there were more vegan or vegetarian options.

Value for money lots to do in and around the hotel. The buffet restaurant on site was good value.

this is our second stay at a Rosen in Orlando and it was very good for the price. No heavy cigarette or weed smoke outside, very quiet and safe. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the ac was cold and the shower worked great after a long day in the parks. The small store inside the lobby was a great place to pick up a few snacks and drinks after arriving back to the room late at night.

we did find a roach in the wardrobe but we killed it and didn't see any more. You have to remember that you're in Florida and the little guys will get in anywhere. It was definitely not an infestation, but there was one there and we had no more problems with them during our stay.

As soon as I got there after checking in they were trying to sell me a time share and they took all the information from my license which I didn't like and they said they needed it to give me coupons which doesn't make since. I just didn't like that before I even got out of the lobby after check in they tried to sell me a time share, after a long drive and places to get to at a certain time that's the last thing I wanted. I just wanted to get to my room and get situated before I had to leave again. Other then that there were no other issues with hotel.

Stayed here many times, the location is perfect - straight out of the hotel and on the I-4. Plenty of restaurants and self-catering options nearby as well. There's a fridge, microwave, hairdryer and all the basics and its also kept clean and tidy so nothing to complain about here.

It's a budget hotel and the price is amazing, so understand before booking that the facilities are not going to be world class. WiFi is not the greatest but the value is not compromised at all as long as you understand it's basic standards. You can afford to book 2 rooms if you are a family and still save money compared to a high-end facility.

For the money I paid, I think I got the value.

The bathroom could have been cleaned much more. There was soap on the soap box holder. The shower was not cleaned and full of hardwater buildup.

The location is perfect. It’s a very friendly 3-star hotel, for those seeking a comfortable bed and a good shower. It’s clean and it feels safe.

So many elevators not working, and those working were past due their maintenance date. The sheets in my bed were smaller than the bed itself. The toilet flush was a pain, we had to flush twice each time we used it. It’s not that it didn’t work or it was clogged, it seemed more like lack of pressure.

We were very happy with the hotel, the location is perfect for those who, like us, were going to the parks. Free transfer to Universal was offered and Disney parks were a 15 to 20 min uber ride. The hotel is also near to a lot of restaurants and shops that are possible to go on foot, such as Denis, IHOP, Walgreens and so on. The room was spacious, comfortable, super clean and with all the amenities we needed. Bonus for the coffee machine and the coffee pads that we found delicious. Overall and amazing experience staying in this hotel.

Pillows could be better, the ones in our room had an odd height, one is not enough, 2 was too much. But this is a personal preference. Showers were a bit small for someone tall as me (1,93m) but with good pressure. And for someone that is not used to that, the carpet in the room was a little uncomfortable. Again, personal preference played a big role in this.
