The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great, with a lot of food and drink options.

This is a pet-friendly hotel, and people who bring pets may be charged a fee. However, there is no further information on Booking, only on their website. Once I got there, I was informed there was a non-refundable $100 fee, which is considerably higher than other hotels. They should add this information on Booking, so people can be aware of this value before booking.

Friendly staff—after I left, I thought I left a book behind, and they took the time to look for it. Breakfast was great (although my guest was looking for decaf and had to get it in the room)

The door to our room was very hard to close-had to push and slam it to close. There were several bags of trash outside rooms in the corridor (not a good image)

The hotel is modern, clean, with pleasant large rooms with mini kitchens - quite comfortable. I like the bikes available for guest use & how cooperative & helpful most of the staff is. Also the little path opposite the entrance that leads to Minuteman National Park, makes running and walks possible - hotel should mark it more clearly.

It would be nice if the air conditioners were quieter. The hotel could encourage long stay guests by providing regular towels, trash, toilet paper, shampoo etc & a complimentary laundry card.

No restaurants readily available without a car. Breakfasts were okay, but more nutritious options would have been nice. Also decaf coffee for those who don’t drink caffeine.

Front door wouldn't close needed to slam, matress shorter than frame so kept banging frame, staff I interacted with were either rude( breakfast guy) or not fluent in English ( front desk)

Super spacious unit for cheap pricing. Had free breakfast too along with a pool and gym plus more. Place looked nice and felt like bang for buck this was the best place I stayed at during my MA trip.

I really like the fact that we were able to cook a meal and sit down and enjoy together. The kitchen facilities were wonderful. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful.

I don't think there was much I didn't like. I didn't like leaving.

The rooms are quiet. We did not hear other people. I liked the layout. King size bed; a corner sofa; a large window looking out into woods and a good desk to work at. There was plenty of parking. The sister hotel, Aloft, is across a large courtyard. They have a pleasant bar. We have stayed there. The rooms are a bit smaller and there is less of a desk. Keep this in mind if you're planning to do work and need a desk. Breakfast is fairly basic but the breads, bagels and pastry are fresh and full size. They are not small and set out in some plastic sealed bag. There is a yogurt bar as well.

Your complementary breakfast was very good the best of any hotel I have stayed at.

The bathroom in my room needed some serious maintenance, the toilet seat was about to fall off, the shower door leaked a puddle in the floor and the shower floor was cracked all the way across. (hope it was not leaking on the people below)

The breakfast was wonderful- the gentleman who took care of it was excellent!

I wish I hadn’t been charged a higher rate because of a payment error.
