The hotel is extremely well located in Causeway Bay, next to all sorts of restaurants and the wet market. Tram and metro are 5 mins away. There are Express busses that can take you to Central and the Airport, as well as convenient buses to cross the bay. View from the deluxe room is great

The rooms are a bit dated and very very small. To give you an idea, the only place to put your suitcase is the window sill. Buffer Breakfast is cheap but sub-par. They have English, some noodles and some dim sum, but if you stay for more than two night you can eat outside to get more variety.

The location of the hotel is near to the Causeway MTR in Times Square building. The rooms are compact and well maintained. The rooms are daily cleaned and the air condition and cleanliness is maintained. Even though room size is little small, worth for the money they are charging . The arrangement of normal taxi to go the airport in the early morning by the receptionist was helpful.

I arrived early after traveling almost 10 hours, even though requested for an early check in , have provided the room only after waiting for 4 hours and that too exactly at check in time of 2 pm . As per government regulations water is not provided in rooms, the notice board in reception is in English and no one told also .. after reaching room only came to know and then again had to go out to buy water from outside after a tiring check in

The location is right downtown in Wan Chai and very near to any of the transit. Victoria Harbor was only a 10 minute walk north. The staff were very helpful in assisting with printing some documents and were very accommodating. The breakfast was available promptly at 7am each morning and was always kept well stocked with a range of options. I liked the bed but it was definitely firm. The city view and large window let in lots of light which was nice. The wifi worked perfectly the entire time and I was able to take video calls without issue.

Unfortunately, the gym was not available during my stay. The room was a bit small--it's also downtown Hong Kong I think most of the rooms are small. Distinct cigarette smell in my non-smoking room, in my experience that's somewhat unavoidable while travelling in China though.

-Reception has been friendly, helpful. -Helped me to leave and keep my luggage for a couple of more hours so I visited the city one extra day. - Room has nice big bed, mini-bar, clean, easy transportation to Victoria Harbour-Victoria Peak, City has nice subway/metro (MTR) transportation. So hotel simply is close to mostly touristic attractions except Buddha Temple (Tian Buddha?)

Windows are locked and you are no able to open it. Weather was rainy , it rained a lot to Hong Kong, so that room was moist a bit at the beginning. My room was moist and smell was not good at the beginning. Not good smell came from shower water drain. I had to let soap water go out for a while so the smell would go as well. A little bad smell in bedroom / Moist if it is not sunny, especially if it is rainy due to window lock procedure. Area of the hotel is good, also, hotel is , as I said very close to metro or ding-ding traditional vehicles. But "street" of the hotel is a low-life area. You would understand what I am talking about from really bad smelling meat and soup shops. Area is very good but exact street of the hotel is not.

We booked the Sky Villa Room. Views were fantastic and the patio area and area around the room was very relaxing. and provided a space to relax and awe over the skyline of Hong Kong. Location of the hotel is ideal with it being located close to Times Square and to Causeway Bay metro station.

The room was very small, and not much space to move around. However we were aware of this prior to checking in. The jacuzzi on the balcony took a long time to fill up, however these are small negatives.

The balcony with jacuzzi in the Sky Villa room was amazing! Incredible view, and location is great near MTR and tram stations. No bed bugs, as I was concerned about this reading reviews. I brought disposable sheets just in case.

Room could have been cleaner, the floor was dirty. Also not sure why they need to inspect the room before you check out, as I was in a rush to the airport. Pretty small room - good for 1 person but as others have said the bathroom door is just glass so no privacy if more than 1 person.

This hotel is located in the center of causeway bay, walking distance to the malls, restaurants, and public transportation, super convenient! My safe deposit quit working, I called the front desk, a male employee showed up, he couldn’t fix it so he had two maintenance guys come fix it. They are all very friendly and efficient! I had a hard time finding the property so I called the hotel, the front desk lady was very patient and gave me the detailed directions.

The room is tiny, with a high ceiling but I made it work.

It was a wonderful stay, appreciated for everything they did for me : ) The open air Jacuzzi bath in my room is outstanding as my booking was being graded up to the highest floor with mini terrace and private bathtub. The one they offered to me was even a corner room which is able to enjoy both the city and harbour view !! Rooms might not be as wide as imaged compared to other Best Western chains abroad, however there is Hong Kong then it makes sense and accepatable, I was totally fine with that. Internal design is luxury. A small, delicate room with everything you need for several nights' staying. They even provide an unbrella for rooms include out door space in case of the rainy day. They ask for guests to put 500HKD as deposit, basically everybody can get 100% refund when we check out. In the meanwhile they would also confirm with tourists whether to go airport, hire a taxi or not...etc. If you are necessary, they are very willing to help. Breakfast was the only thing I missed in this trip as the time was almost not enough for me to enjoy the leisure and relaxing in my room. Definitely I would recommend here to others and come back again one day, thousands of thanks for all the hospitalities ~~

The hotel is located in a really good location, a walking distance from the metro stations and other local eateries. The hotel staff were phenomenal. I accidentally had a nosebleed during the night and stained the bedsheets and blanket. The team came to take care of it immediately, did not get mad at me, and did not charge me extra. I was very impressed with the service. Thank you so much! I will stay there again next time!

The room is bigger than expected, considering how accommodations are provided in Hong Kong, the location is nearby exit A of MTR Causeway Bay and accessible also by bus or other type of transportation. Several businesses around and the famous Time Square.

It could be better if the room has a proper door for the toilet, so you could have more privacy but other than that I had a good time in the property and meet my expectations.
