The location is amazing, is close to causeway bay metro station 5 mnts walk , and in the middle of the city everything is around.

The breakfast, there is no change in the menu every day is the same . And i went with my wife and my son (13yrs) they said the room covers only 2 persons!!!! Which is weird , i travel alot and all the hotels it covers all the people which is booked under the same room . They charge me 4 days for my son every day 165 $ HK . And the pillows are so uncomfortable.

Excellent location - extremely conveniently located in the heart of CWB, close to (a large variety) of local eateries and restaurants, shopping district and public transport The hotel itself also has a number of restaurants. We have enjoyed our meals at the Chinese restaurant - high quality food and services at both yum cha lunch and dinner. Nice bar at Club28 which opens till 12am - good quality drinks and convenient considering most places in the area close at 10pm now. We stayed in a Tripe Family Room with a queen/large double bed, as well as a single bed - it was very spacious, clean and comfortable

Location is a 3-5 minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR with access to multiple restaurants nearby and about 5-10 minute walk away from the heart of all other shopping. Rooftop pool offers breathtaking views of the city below and Victoria Peak. Staff are all friendly, from check in, pool and housekeeping. Rooms were also spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and very spacious with great views. We travelled as a family of 4 - 2 adults with a 3 and 5 year old and the room was plenty spacious for us with 1 king bed and 1 single bed next to it. The kids absolutely loved the bathtub and the bathroom was extremely spacious with separate shower as well.

Nice and spacious room with excellent view. We get a corner room with window facing the craigenower cricket club and happy valley racecourse. Love the design of their bathroom with side-by-side standing shower and bathtub so that you can wash yourself before soaking in the bathtub. Location is on the quiet part of Causeway Bay but within 5 mins walking distance to Times Square. There is Mak's noodle, 24hr Mcdonald and 7-11 just across the street. Also plenty of eateries nearby. Decent enough hotel breakfast. Nice swimming pool and gym at the top floor (28th). The gym offer a nice view of the racecourse. Excellent housekeeping and the staffs are polite.

The breakfast get repetitive with only slight variations. My suggestion is to skip the hotel breakfast and go for nearby eateries to try the local fares. The lobby is small with limited seats. For some reason they only provide 3 bath towels and 3 bottles of water even though there are 4 of us staying in the room.

The receptionist I call her to book me a taxi to go to the airport on the last day of check out. She said we cannot as we have to book one day before I told her there is a storm, and Uber are not working, so kindly called them and book for me a taxi. She said said we cannot do it unless the last day I told her please try after 20 minute the concierge called me. and he said he arrangement a taxi, so this was a bad idea from the receptionist to tell me there is no taxi anymore. Very bad. 

It’s convenient, lots of options for food, if you venture out. Fairly near the train station. Once you get use to the location, its easier to move around, otherwise, you will be walking in circles :) I love that we had the humidifier in our rooms and in the lift lobby. Rooms are quite big.

Some of the places in the hotel were close for renovation. Lift can take a while to come down. Fine as long as you avoid peak hours.

I like everything! Especially they have super friendly and super helpful with many things. From the front team, concierge and also the cleaning lady they keep providing best services We stayed for 4 nights and i have nothing to complaints.

If you are using the MTR, the entrance could be okay near. But you need to walk down a bit till get to the train area. So I do suggest, you may take tram or bus.

It is located in the prime location of Causeway Bay, with a lot of shopping and restaurants, local stores, banks, and coffee shops. The room size is quite big and it is well maintained. Buffet breakfast is delicious. The housekeeping service was very responsive and quick, and very courteous.

The hotel could have a more family-oriented or casual coffee shop/dining restaurant with less expensive menu items than Carver. Valet parking should be validated if guests eat at any of the restaurants.
