Very clean. Well maintained. Friendly staff

Breakfast buffet was expensive and nothing special. Exactly what you would get for free at a hotel in the US. Also, you had to pay for a cup of coffee!?! Dinner was fine but a bit bland and again, expensive for what you are getting.

Terrific location spread across a long sandy beach front with very nice lawned gardens down to the sea. Food was of a high standard - we had great breakfast and dinners served up by a very high-class chef with innovative foods. Staff at all times were very cheerful and helpful.

It is a long drive from the airport and sits along a remote piece of coastline with nothing else near it. This is both a plus (for peace) but a negative if you want to see anything else as you would need a car to do so.

Beautiful property, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, comfortable nicely decorated room. They even helped decorate my daughter's room for her birthday as a surprise on arrival!

Small beach, we didn't use it and opted to sit by the pools instead. Although the onsite restaurants are very good, there aren't any restaurants or groceries within walking distance of the resort so we drove to visit other restaurants, roadside food stands, and groceries.

The place where the property is located is one of the most beautiful places on the island. The sunsets are stunning and the views of the ocean are spectacular. The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. I would like to mention and thanks specially to Luis “Tortilla” at the Kitchen for his excellent food, Michael , Ariana, Christopher, Heidi, Angelica , all for their great hospitality and service at the Hotel. Kudos to them

Definitely more ice machines. Depending on which room you are, it could take a long walk to get to the closest one.

Beautiful, quiet, clean, comfortable, private, beds were pretty comfortable, staff was friendly, maid service was great, the pool towels were great.

The food wasn’t great, and there wasn’t any other option but the resort. And it was pretty pricey. There wasn’t much of a beach at all. Also, the linens could have been better quality…the sheets and towels weren’t very soft. The birds flying through the restaurant and landing on tables, plates, glassware weren’t annoying and unsanitary.

I loved absolutely everything about the property. It offers numerous amenities, great accommodations, the staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful and the location is a great location to get around in this side of the island. We are very happy with this resort and we will definitely be back again.

It is an island issue but the mosquitoes were very very active here day and night. I don’t know if there is something that they can spray to try to lessen the bites.

A stunning resort situated right on the beach. Beautifully maintained grounds, great facilities and - above all- fantastic staff who really made us feel welcome. After a day or two it started to feel like home and we didn't want to leave. Honestly I cannot flaw the service we received. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.

It's quite pricey at the resort and your options are limited as there isn't much in the surrounding areas. I'd recommend driving or renting a car to give you more mobility outside of the resort.

The spa was amazing, and the staff were super nice and helpful!

But gotta be honest, the food wasn't great. They have two restaurants, but it's too pricey and not tasty. Christmas dinner was a total letdown. I told the staff about the food every time, but no one offered to switch it or even said sorry. It felt weird complaining to the friendly waiters, but the food was just not good. On the bright side, the place, the view, and the things to do are really cool. I'd still say check it out, but bring your own snacks because the only other place nearby is a Burger King, and surprisingly, it's better than the hotel food!

Beautiful location and property. The on-site spa, while expensive, was great. The restaurants had great food. The staff were all very nice and helpful. You could rent paddle boards and kayaks which we used quite a bit. They had a security person checking everyone that drove in as well.

Only complaint was that some items seemed a little overpriced, particularly some of the food and drinks.

Excellent resort, very big and spacious you never feel crowded, the resort was full and you don't notice. Extremely clean, the staff is always checking and making sure everything is perfect. Love it. They have 2 restaurants and both are very good, the menu is very tasty and there are plenty of options. They offer water sports like kayaks and short trips to Gilligan's Isle which is a lot of fun. If you are into scuba diving, they also offer good services, unfortunately I am not a diver and I didn't want to take any changes, but I hear fantastic things about it. It is a perfect place to rest and recharge. If you have children, this is your place.

The bathrooms can be updated, but they are ok for the age of the building.
