Hotel was much nicer than I expected. I had gotten a really good deal on Booking, and on arrival the lovely Maria at reception gave me a very nice superior room on the 9th floor. She was very helpful and made sure I ad everything I needed. the room was spacious, comfortable bed, nice bathtub, balcony, safe deposit and complimentary water and coffee/tea facilities. Soft whirring airco, and very central location next to Msheireb metro and close to the Souq, which made it ideal for a short stay over in Doha. Lovely gym, sauna and pool on the property, I would definitely come back next time I have a layover in Doha.

The position next to the Mero was brilliant. My patio had a wonderful view of old Doha. Every member of staff from the cleaners, the door man and the reception could not have been more helpful.The dining room staff including ,Janice , Apo , Madushika and Myce made me feel very at home. The bed was very comfortable and the extra large towels was a wonderful luxury.

I have stayed at the M Grand Hotel in Doha. This was at the top of the list of best stays, and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, especially the front-end staff at the reception. I had lunch at the 2nd-floor restaurant, La Brasserie, where the food was excellent and the prices were active. Super Fast Internet Speed provided, my kids and myself with Netflix and YouTube all day. Excellent service, and I am very happy with the technological transformation. Thank you so much. I would definitely stay there again.

They allowed me to check out a bit late as my flight was in the afternoon. Location is very close to everything. Staff in the breakfast area are nice also the cleaners.

No one responded my email when i reached out before my arrival. I was checked in late as my room was not available. Reception staff are a bit slow and they dont call back when they say they'll call back, you have to follow up on your own to get what you need. Also, improve the breakfast options, its more catered to Indians, it should be a variety of international options.

From the moment we entered, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made us feel right at home. The menu offered a delightful array of dishes, each expertly crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite was a culinary delight, and I can’t wait to return to La Bresseri Restaurant to explore more of their delicious creations. Free internet is faster. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the M Grand Hotel Doha. The room was beautiful and well cleaned, and the location was just great. We walked to many things, and public transportation and tours were also close by. Compared to other hotels, WiFi Internet is very fast. The hotel provides cable Internet and WiFi, both of which are good for business trips. The breakfast each morning was really good as well, and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time.

The hotel was very nice and clean, staff were very helpful and directed us towards the best places to visit and eat at. The tour operator pointed out which would be the best tours for value depending on the time we went. Which I thought was very nice and helpful. The hotel was a few minutes walk from the metro line. This was the station from which you could use any of the metro lines and travel at any direction at a very cheap price. Short walk from the souq or you can take the metro there as well. Overall it was a very good experience there and definitely would be coming back and recommending people.

Location is very convenient. 5 mins walking to Msheireb Metro (a central station) and 5 mins walk to main downtown. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. they were knowledgeable and provided all the information needed (transport, shopping, food etc) Also as i came late, they provided with late check out even i did not want to Rooms were very clean and neat (though the fittings were old and refurbished)

Finding the entrance to the hotel was bit difficult.
