New facilities and family oriented. Check out was fast and quick, opposite to the checking in process. Facilities were new and pool was nice. I loved the kitchen and utensils were available.

Checking in was supposedly available by 3pm as per website… but we were able to get in at 4:30pm. Many other families were also stacked in the lobby due to the same delay. I wonder why that much (maybe on that day only?) since checkout time was before 12noon.

Great Staff and Service, Great Location and super comfortable clean rooms, the hotel is brand new.

Breakfasts are not great, they could serve better breakfast wit more options, I had to go out and eat my breakfasts. Also, one design issue with the standing showers. I had to squeeze myself into the corner of the shower in order to open the glass door and get out of the shower. If I was any bigger I would have had hard time getting out of the shower. Absolutely a big engineering design mistake. the had all the spacious room and shower room to play with but failed on creating a comfortable entry to the standing shower.

Room was big and spacious. It was clean and tidy. Large bottles of water were provided daily. Kids club area was beautiful, clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious and had a large variety of items. We are Gold members and were able to check in early with free Wifi.

Staff at breakfast wasn't friendly. We had to ask for the menu, ask to place an order, ask after 20 minutes for the status of our drinks, and ask to pay at the end. In room 106, the smaller of the two bedrooms smelled very bad of cigarette smoke in the late afternoon, it was coming through the vents. Fire alarm went off several times, my children and I got very scared and ran down the stairs to get out of the building. The staff said it was a test of the system and they "informed us it was a test", but we were NOT informed of this. They were not apologetic and the alarm kept going off very loudly on and off for 30+ minutes.

We really loved our stay here, I stayed here with my wife and 2 kids. The space was really spacious and everyone was comfortable The hotel really felt like home, had all the utensils for you to make your meals and there is a supermarket just 0.5km from the hotel where you can get anything .I will always recommend this place. Also make sure you visit the "The center mall" while you stay here

It was a great experience. I really have no complaints about the place.

Room Size, location

no baby cot provided although I requested and get confirmation during my booking. spend 40 min waiting for trolley to take my luggage! hot water inside room is not working properly. housekeeping services and cleaning are below expectations.

The room was amazing, the space, the calmness, the beds - absolutely perfect. We liked the facilities such as gym, pool and kids area. The amount of fruits at breakfast was great as the breakfast was relatively heavy on meats and dairy - so there were options.

Not dissapointed yet next to all the pastries/chocolates as easy accessible bites, we would have appreciated the option for smoothies and fruits during the day too.

Suites are lovely, with plenty of room and even a guest bathroom! Convenient location to get anywhere in the city by Uber or taxi, which are very cheap. Decent restaurant, with buffet option at the weekend. The cake/pastry selection are as good as they look. Nice breakfast.

Not much of interest to walk to close by - Old Town would be better for touristy things. Air conditioning in the suite was super cold, but could easily be turned off.

The location is in the heart of downtown Doha with easy access to any area or mall. The view of downtown Doha was amazing with a balcony and a set of chares and a table. The rooms were very well designed with a lot of storage areas. A strong WiFi. The kitchen was complete. The breakfast was also amazing with nice options. The pool was also very well designed with a 360 view. The gym was well equipment as well. It was a very nice experience that I will defiantly repeat.

The TVs needs to be updated to be able to connect to it. The TV channels are mostly news with not a lot of options.

The hotel was very central. The room was very spacious.

The view as their was construction taking place so we could not enjoy the balcony. We were offered to upgrade and honestly I shouldn't due to the construction. Our kitchen had 1 teaspoon in the draw and 2 glasses. The employees should be checking these items before guests arrive at the hotel. We couldn't locate the room service menu on the TV.

New and modern 2 bedroom apartment. We had 2 en-suites and 2 bedrooms. Huge rooms and great amenities. We stayed for one night only (transit in Doha) but we had a great sleep, shower and was refreshed for the next part of our holidays the next day. We didn’t manage to use the kitchen or living room as we only slept there for a few hours but it was totally worth it. It’s 15 mins by taxi to the Souk and about 20 mins from the airport. Very good access to both downtown and the airport.

Nothing - everything was great for one night transit.
